It was the worst, most basic car I’ve ever driven. The people that work there were nice.Reviewed Aug 23 2026

Staff were helpful when my first vehicle had a problem, but my first vehicle had a problem. And the wait time to get my vehicle was over 45 minutes.Reviewed Aug 6 2026

The wait to get the rental car was an hour and a half because there was a huge line and not enough staff. We ended up being late for the reservations we had set up for the day. Shitty way to start a trip.Reviewed May 30 2026

I liked that i could pick up from pdx. The issues were that the way to pick up from pdx was not clear and was very confusing. No clearly marked entry until you park in the parking structure and then ask someone where to go. Also we were not told why we were charged so much in the end and there was no receipt explaining the extra charges.Reviewed Apr 2 2026

Car was a little dirty upon pickup. Mixup with locations so make address visibility a little better. And didn't have the vehicle I wanted and the upgrade was nice except for higher gas priceReviewed Jul 8 2025

That was my worst experience ever renting a car over an hour and a half trying to even get the car rental. How is there only one person working at budget but the rest of the counters had two people. Even the fast track wasn’t working. I felt so bad for the woman upstairs in the premier laneReviewed Jun 23 2025
