Pros:The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The inside of the car was very clean. it was very thoughtful to see a note that special care was given to COVID19 cleanliness.Cons:I do like a clean car on the outside. The car was not washed on the outside. However, we did have a few wet days prior to me renting the car.Reviewed Jan 21 2021

Not happyPros:Well it got me to the airport with no breakdown..Cons:My car smelled like smoke , mentioned this at pick up and the attendant said He did not smell anything, but I’m very sensitive to smoke and it causes a migraine. Also my price was double what I was quoted!!Reviewed Dec 7 2018

Pros:The vehicle fit our needs nicely. It was in good condition, and everything worked just fine. It was delivered clean and with a full tank of gas. Pick-up and drop off were efficiently handled. The price was reasonable.Cons:None worth noting.Reviewed Aug 22 2017

Paid way more than what was advertised. Scammed.Pros:Cleanliness of car.Cons:Final Price was much more than advertised. I had to wait 43 min to get my car, it was reserved for 10:00 am, got it at 10:43. I was charged extra time that wasn't included in reservation price. I was charged for under 25 fee PER DAY. I thought I was paying a little over $200 for the rental, and I paid over $300. For 2 days.Reviewed Sep 9 2016
