Pros:The local agency was closed when we arrived and we were not able to pick up our car. The next day they did not honor the price that we had reserved the car for so we did not rent from them. Went to Enterprise instead and had a much better experience.Reviewed Nov 19 2020

Smooth rentalPros:Everything went as good as could be expected - car was ready, drove well, plenty of space for our stuff we took along, drop off no problems.Cons:Found out full size cars get less highway gas mileage! However, on the 50 mph roads it did much better -- interesting.Reviewed Nov 1 2018

Not GoodPros:There were no cars available at the time agreed. The only car available was a Camaro with gas slightly above "empty". This car consumed a lot of gas practically 50 percent more than normal. Not very comfortable!Cons:The whole experience was uncomfortable.Reviewed Jun 28 2017

Never use Budget!!Pros:NothingCons:Rental was reserved for airport pickup and agent said it was at another location. Price for airport pickup was now double the price. Went to offsite location and it was closed!! Called Hertz and got a better deal by far. Awful experience.Reviewed Apr 1 2017
