The guy at check in was extremely helpful
The woman at breakfast and checkout was the worst
Location was perfect for everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The safe instructions weren't for the safe in our room. The bar was closed on Saturday evening, which we were disappointed with.
Stopped at the top of the hotel with lovely views over the red tiles towards one of Brugge's famous churches. Lovely sofa to relax on after a day walking around the beautiful medieval town. Staff were really helpful. The bar/dining area has a modern feel but doesn't take away from the character of the rest of the hotel, with its oak beams and iron supports. Didn't have breakfast, as wanted to explore town.
Not in the noisy main area of town. A tiny bit out of the way but not too much that we felt isolated or far away.
No staff interaction. Didn't feel overly welcomed. Bottom floor room had quite a lot of noise from outside our window as well as everyone going up and down the stairs almost above our heads. Room was pretty old but had been refurbished to look and feel clean, but the bathroom had basically no ventilation.
Great view of Bruges from Room No.15. Breakfast was good and I loved the croissants.
The room was a bit dusty.
