Staff were all friendly, attentive, and helpful. Room was sizable for NYC. Styling was unique and consistent throughout. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were good. The room got dry because we had to run the heat since it was cold outside and the gym was kind of small and a bit overcommitted to the old school vibe. Other than that, though, everything was great.
