Reviews for this hotel are mixed, with several guests appreciating the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and convenient location for travel. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty floors and bathrooms, and a lack of thorough cleaning. The breakfast is frequently criticized for being insufficient or not as advertised, and some guests felt unsafe or noted the hotel was in a high crime area. While some found the location suitable for their needs, others found it inconvenient or difficult to access. Overall, the hotel offers basic accommodations, but improvements in cleanliness, breakfast, and safety are needed.
