Good car. Pleasant staff.Cons:
Pick up process was slower than expected. Car had stale smoke smell which wasn’t obvious when we picked it up because they had drowned it in a sickening sweet air freshener. Soon as that wore off, the smoke smell was there.10,0 Wonderful

Never got a car, so nothing to like.Cons:
I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.10,0 Wonderful

The car itself was nice and drove well.Cons:
I selected the Lakeland Dr office on the map and completed the reservation process. Unfortunately, I did not read the confirmation. Went to pick up the car at the Lakeland Dr and they did not have reserv. The reserv was at a site 20 min away, which was not on map when I selected!2,0 Poor
