The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel to local bars and restaurants and within easy reach of Bristol Temple Meads train station. Staff were very friendly and heard no noise when in the room.
The breakfast wasn't great, the bed was very soft and dipped in the middle. The lifts were slow and very small. The reception area for checking in was restricted by two large pillars. Generally the building that the hotel is in seemed very run down from the outside. Its been modernised but the old problems are still there under the surface.
Staff were fabulous from the moment we walked in. We got an upgrade on our room and free drinks voucher because it was my partners birthday. A hotel is only as good as the people that work there and they didn’t disappoint one bit .
Fantastic city centre location, with modern facilities and welcoming staff. This is a typical modern city centre hotel, a little more atmosphere and individuality than some. Right in the heart of the waterside, so great for a weekend break. Significant discount on the cost of the NCP car park next door was also very welcome.
Nothing - as expected.
Everything was just as hoped for.
The dining area for breakfast could have been bigger, but that’s about all I can think of that stops me giving it 10/10
