Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness was a major concern for many, with repeated mentions of mold, dirty bathrooms, and general lack of upkeep. Breakfast offerings were disappointing for several guests, who found them lacking compared to previous stays or other hotels. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as unhelpful or indifferent. Overall, the positives centered on location and room size, but cleanliness and breakfast quality need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The close to the strip location.
Cons (-) Room was filthy. Tons of ants and other bugs. Couldn’t even stay one night. Cost us our vacation as we had to leave and go home. I have expected to hear from the GM or someone higher up in the corporation but I ha...

Pros (+) The curbside appeal is quite nice. They include a basketball court nice landscaping, and overall decor. The room was spacious and overall comfortable.
Cons (-) The breakfast bar was less than what should be available at a hotel of this stature. Cups were challenging to find, the sausage looked under cooked, and while the eating area was well arranged the food area was dirty. The bed was OK. The shower ended up soaking the bathroom floor. I've stayed at nicer Residence Inns across the country.
Pros (+) The location was good. It was right off the yellow route and close to the main drag.
Cons (-) The breakfast was sad. All of the breakfast hostesses with the exception of one acted annoyed when asked any question. The room was a mess and it seemed like nearly half the items needed to be refilled at any given moment even when the room wasn't busy. The coffee was also sub-par. Multiple times (on different days) we called the front desk to ask a question and no one ever picked up, but we walke...
