Location and charm
The elevator was not working. It was not an issue for us, but I could tell it was for older guests.
Great food in the restaurants!
Had to wait to check in - the room was an hour late being ready.
Cleanliness and location
The stairs and the distance to get to the room
Hotel location could not be better. 5 minute walk to Pearl Street Mall. 25 minute walk to CU campus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Comfortable beds.
Street access to newer rear building in which we were staying is a little cumbersome. Only accessible through front of hotel, which is a minor inconvenience.
Woman at the desk was far from welcoming
