Pros (+) The history and location as well as the view
Cons (-) It took forever for the water to get hot on the 22nd floor, no fridge in room, no bathrobes as advertised (may be because of COVID)

Pros (+) The rooms were nice and well taken care of. Doors had tape on their doors to assure you that noone had been in the room before you. And there was a 2 person per trip on the elevator policy. The staff was really great and helpful. Andrew at the reception was great and really friendly. He made our stay a very pleasant one
Cons (-) We had a bit of an issue with our sheets that were stained, and were not changed the first time we said something. But Andrew assured us that he would get this issue resolved and he did. Also the staff at the rooftop told us we had to order any kind of food if we wanted to grab a drink(which conforms with current reopening policies) but when we asked for a snack mix from the menu we were told that...

Pros (+) Unbelievable service and great amenities where the Kmart features. Three separate bars including a rooftop for adults but also had areas for kids including and/or tomorrow. The concierge John was so helpful and professional. The hotel is centrally located near the Boston Commons in the theater district so it makes it very easy to see all of his stork Boston sites.

Pros (+) Even under construction, the Revere is a wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance to Boston Common, Chinatown and the Theater District. The staff were wonderful. Especially Richard Pettiglio, the Concierge, who went well out of his way to make sure our stay was exceptional.
Cons (-) My ONLY dislikes were: way too little counter space in the bathroom, and that construction shut down half of the elevators during the peak checkout time. Folks with luggage were waiting for > 20 minutes for room in an elevator. The front desk staff did their best, however were definitely understaffed to handle the checkout volume.

Cons (-) Problems: 1) TVs are analog, which means there is no resolution at all. Very blurry. Like 1998 TVs. Shocking at a so-called 4-star hotel. 2) Air conditioners that are so loud it sounded like we had a 747 revving outside our room. We couldn't adjust the AC except to two temperatures: 68 and 74. 3) No mirror in the room. 4) No refrigerator or mini-bar in the room. 5) No blow dryer. 6) Waited 15 minu...
