Pros (+) For the price and for being a motel, the room we were in was great. It was recently remodeled. The bed was comfortably firm, and the microwave and fridge was very useful. I loved that there wasn't gross old carpet in the room (it was laminate flooring). We didn't bother checking if they served breakfast because of covid.
Cons (-) I think the A/C filter needed to be replaced with a new one. We had to use the A/C because of the heat outside, but it caused our sinuses to get incredibly stuffed up. The shower curtain smelled bad once we used the shower.
