10,0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hosts welcomed us to their beautiful fascinating historic house. Delicious breakfast each morning with local produce. And the attention if you wish of their delightful little dogs,
Cons: Had no problems at all.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location was very good as was the breakfast. Very characterful.
Cons: The room on the second floor, whilst very nice, had cross beams to manoeuvre and the ensuite does not have a door, only a curtain.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: B&B in an ancient building, wonderfully-located in the historic center of Bergerac. Bergerac is a lovely medieval town, easy to walk around. The house is full of wood beams, creaky floors and tons of charm. The staircase to the rooms and the room we had in the attic (which I found charming) is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Simple continental breakfast (croissants, bread and jams, yogurt) was ok. Get a reservation for dinner at Le Quatre Vins before arriving. It’s a small place a short walk from the B&B with very good, reasonably-priced meals.
Cons: Be aware you have to pay for parking and that the place is difficult to drive to because of on-way or pedestrian streets the GPS will try to route you through. But you’ll find it you persist.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were fabulous, property was amazing and quirky. Option of secure parking was really helpful.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Booked at last minute as we had been let down by another hotel. The reception staff were delightful and they managed to produce a meal for us on a night they do not normally serve food. Couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. The hotel does not pretend to be luxurious but I feel it represents excellent value for money and was comfortable, clean and warm on a very wet night! Numerous board games available to play in the hotel reception area. It was great to see local children and adults coming in out of the wet with the sole intention of playing a board game. It was only a five minute drive to the airport in the morning.
Cons: Nothing strikes me.

Cons: Although the room was "no smoking" - as are all hotels this rule is clearly not enforced. Especially noticeable to a non smoker. Dogs were allowed in the bedrooms and where breakfast was served. The shower head had to be held in the hand as the fixing bracket made it impossible to stand under the shower.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: CORRECT
4,0 Okay
Pros: ease of location
Cons: after booking a room for 4 nights only to find it had been re let after 2 so they had to find another one which they did after a while.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Did'nt have breakfast, restaurant for dinner ok but menu complicated.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Easy to find and easy to get to the old town from the hotel..
Cons: In need of updating as looking a bit run down. Also some dubious types hanging around the car park when we arrived including a woman who emerged from the bushes adjusting her clothing. View from the window was a large rubbish container. The price seemed high for what we got.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Easy to find and close to shops and the road out of Bergerac.
Cons: Asked for a ground floor room when booking. None available when we arrived. The bed was so hard I had no sleep and could not face spending the second night there. I stayed in a hotel in Sarlat on the second night returning to check out the following morning. The receptionist deducted the charge for our dog from the bill. This hotel takes basic to a new all time low level. Grim and unwelcoming. Badly needs updating and beds replacing.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was more like a seedy motel, the room smelt very stale, and there were green bugs in it., It was on a noisy roundabout, far too far from the centre to walk in. The restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a Sunday evening when we arrived. The young lady at reception wasn't very helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Finally, there were 2 massive potholes as you drove into the car park which could damage your car if your tyres went down them.
