Pros: We enjoy having breakfast in the morning. I like having a current newspaper to read in the morning. I like the strawberry kiwi water.
Cons: We were in room 304. The shower pressure is pretty weak. If it was stronger, we could take shorter showers. There were several morning's that hot breakfast wasn't available due to some electrical power problems. The Hampton in Lewiston had granola which we really liked. Bellevue Hampton only offered boxed cereals.

Pros: The Staff are wonderful! Amy C and Shamarra were very courteous and polite and tended to any needs I may have needed during my stay.
Cons: Some of the hotel Rooms have a horrible smell to it
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was quickly able to resolve a problem with our room with good attitudes. Breakfast met our needs well.
Cons: We were put in a room with a non-functional door lock that the staff knew about. As soon as I called about the situation they offered a perfectly acceptable solution. Thankfully we had not been in the room long and did not need to repack in order to change rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was so good. I had broken my foot and Scott and his wife where so nice to help take care of me.All the staff I met were so nice and helpful.
Cons: I didn't dislike anything.
9,2 Excellent
Cons: I've stayed in nice hotels for less money. This was the highest priced hotel we stayed in on our trip to Seattle and Portland. And those hotels had a concierge and we had a true suite with a living room, bedroom and bathroom with 2 tv's.
4,2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast had lots of choices.
Cons: The terrible new wall coverings. No curtains or drapes. Instead there was a pull-down of a thick material. Being on the ground floor I could have no privacy unless it was down all the way. No morning sun, no cool air, no watching the storm roll in. It was claustrophobic. I asked for a room on another floor. I was told all rooms have the same thing. I suspect all Holiday Inns also have it in every room. I will never go to another Holiday Inn again. I paid a lot of money (four nights) and if I could have moved to the hotel 75 feet away I would have. No cancellations allowed!

Pros: The location and decor were appealing.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the breakfast, coffee and friendly staff!
Cons: $10 for parking.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great modern clean facility —so close to Creighton university -love that they provide coffee throughout the day
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the large bathroom. I had the handicapped room and did not like the slippery when wet and soapy tile on the bathroom floor. Also, after my shower, there was water all over the floor. Very unsafe, even more so for people with disabilities. As an occupational therapist, I am very concerned for the safety of your guests with disabilities. Disabilities come in many forms and can include poor judgement with safety situations. As an able bodied 57 year old physically fit woman who works out regularly, I felt unsafe and used the grab bars to negotiate the wet floors.
Cons: See above
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Since we had never been to Omaha and was looking for a place close to the zoo, the Hampton Inn and Suites was perfectly located. We didn’t have to travel far. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and professional. When we arrived, she had a line of people to check-in. BUT she handled each of us as if we were the only ones there. Very helpful, professional staff.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like..... everyone and everything was great!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was better than expected and changed a bit everyday. We enjoyed the make-your-own-waffles and the chilled yogurt and yogurt drinks. The staff doing the breakfast was so friendly and helpful.
Cons: I was surprised when we got back to the hotel one night to find no parking spaces available. My daughters hopped out of our cars and asked what we should do (park in the adjacent hotel lot). It would have been nice to know this beforehand.
6,7 Good
Pros: The room was overall a good room and the best thin was the location. We walked around a lot to the local restaurants, bars and shops.
Cons: The continental breakfast I felt was poorly organized, the chlorine from the pool room could burn your eyeballs and skin off just from sitting in the room, the staff weren’t friendly at all it was clearly just a job and you were expected to know about their $30 charge upon arrival and about the parking fee...well I didn’t know so please explain to me the purpose of this charge before I just agree to it. And the lady at the front desk just felt like I should have known about it already. They sent out an email about a possible upgrade but I never got the upgrade upon arrival, which is fine but don’t email me about it if it’s a far fetched possibility in the first place.
7,9 Good
Pros: The breakfast was very good. A nice variety of items and we all appreciated the healthy options. The biggest issue was the wait to use the griddle or toaster - the line was very long for both. Perhaps a 2nd toaster and griddle could help with that? The room was wonderful.
Cons: This is a small thing, but we would have liked there to be conditioner in the room and a 2nd little bottle of shampoo. Also, it would be nice to have tea bags in the room, and a bigger variety of teas available in the breakfast room (e.g., herbal teas).
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very comfortable and quiet . The breakfast was spot on amazing The breakfast was spot on amazing .
Cons: Things I found that I did not care for was lack of booklet for Restaurants in the area that delivers food. And the beds were just a little high for the shorter people like my self that's 50 harder to get into but once in I was ready to stay in bed very comfortable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The Location was great for our needs, the room was very spacious and comfortable
Cons: The flow of the breakfast layout was chaotic for people moving around but the breakfast was very good - loved the pressed strawberry banana juice
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Local paper. Hot tub.
Cons: Nothing special breakfast. Need to add salsa and fresh fruit
7,5 Good
Pros: Staff was very customer service oriented and friendly. Liked the 24 hour pantry.
Cons: Chairs in the room very uncomfortable. Suites should have a nice recliner or two to sit in. Small refrigerator for a Suite and took 24 hours to get cold. Way to much Chlorine in the pool.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Big, clean, quiet rooms.
Cons: Guest laundry at one machine.

Pros: gottalovethewaffles :) Breakfast staff was phenomenal! They offered to remove dishes from your table, were constantly replenishing food and coffee, and were hopping. And always with a smile and friendly word. Seriously worth the stay just for the breakfast and staff.
Cons: This was a busy place; could have been the Labor Day weekend, but we got nervous when we saw scores of families with kids and coolers. Our nervousness was for naught, however; our room was quiet.

Pros: We happened to arrive on an evening where complimentary dinner was served. The breakfast was a lot of variety and all very good.
Cons: Slightly difficult to locate; did not have the GPS with us.
7,9 Good
Cons: Price too high
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliest staff and cleanest hotel i have ever seen. The bed was amazing. The bbq manager's reception with complimentary drinks by the outside fireplace on wednesday was awesome. The pool area was perfect 72 degrees, not some hot over steamed greenhouse. The free washers and dryers, and having 6 each available was an added bonus.
7,9 Good
Pros: I enjoyed the unique room layout with a kitchen suite—very handy!
Cons: The breakfast was advertised as something really great...was truly just standard disappointing hotel fare. Wish there had been more fresh options besides a three-day old banana.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Social event on Wednesday night was good. Food was excellent and wine was relaxing.
Cons: Everything was great.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: complimentary breakfast was great. friendly staff

Pros: Better than anticipated! The kitchen was Great with full refrigerator and real dishes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cutest, most efficiently functional studio
Cons: English/Spanish settings on TV
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The room and hotel was great. Like the extra security of doors being locked after a certain and had to use our card to get inside.
Cons: The beds were horrible, didnt sleep much that night. The breakfast wasnt the best due to only one employee being expected to keep up with everything alone. Management should have stepped up and helped her. Felt bad for her.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The room was great! We had a suite. The kitchen was finished nicely and had a nice bar top to sit at. It was clean and well kept. We had no issues with anything in our room. There was a small drop in stove, nice plates and glasses provided and even a pot to cook with. Very accommodating for all needs!
Cons: The staff wasn't attentive when I first came to check in. The first girl to acknowledge me when I approached the counter told me that she was going to have the other employee help me as she was clocking out. We were also not informed when checkout was or what the checkout process consisted of.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location Staff Room was quiet
Cons: Bed squeaked like crazy with any movement Carpet and some other room elements were pretty worn
5,4 Okay
Pros: It was close to the hospital my mother was in.
Cons: I was initially given a key to an occupied room and scared a poor women to death. Then the room itself was outdated and not well taken care of. There was a huge booger of the front of the refrigerator. The tv didn’t work. So I called the front desk and she didn’t show up after 45 minutes. So I called her back and she finally came up. It took her about 10 minutes to fix...and then it stopped working again 15 minuets after she let. There were cigarette burns in the couch (nonsmoking room). Black marks all over the walls for some reason. I could only stay one of my two nights. But I still had to pay for two. My aunt called and made a reservation instead of making it through a website and got a discount for having a family member in the hospital. You cannot get that discount if you use a website!

Pros: The bed was very comfortable
Cons: The food
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with WiFi connection and in reading local street maps for us during our stay.
Cons: Although we liked the motel's location in that it is so near many useful stores, we didn't like it because it is swallowed up in a maze of roundabouts and until we could figure out the street plans it was very hard to find. Mapquest didn't help.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfasts were good and had a nice variety of choices.
Cons: nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot and fresh.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The breakfast was pretty standard. The bacon was good along with potatoes.
Cons: The hot tub has not been in working order for quite some time-the water was yellowish green. It was not stated that the hot tub was not in working order. We were severely disappointed and even more disappointed when we talked to the guest service rep at the desk. He would not discount our stay-said we had to call booking.com before they could do that. The kicker was the next morning while we were just getting up someone knocked on our door prior to 9am. When I answered it was a maid who asked when we would be leaving. I have never stayed at a hotel where the maid has knocked on my door in the morning asked such a question. The room had stains on the walls and carpet.
7,1 Good
Pros: Really good location. Close to interstate, yet tucked away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Day and early evening staff very nice and engaging. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Quiet even though they were busy.
Cons: Large bleach spots on fourth floor hallway. Room had something slopped down the wall and door. Floor in elevator had something wet and sticky that didn’t get mopped up till last day. Overnight staff acted like speaking to guests was an imposition, although she was sitting in the lobby chatting away with a friend. Time for a little reboot and freshening up.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Close to grocery store. In door pool and spa.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was most impressed by the staff. Desk clerk on Duty, think last name was Perry, bent over backwards to help me with a stubborn room key. She changed it for me and then when I still had problems, she came to the room door and examined it. She had no trouble with the key so I felt really embarrassed, but she certainly made me feel better about asking for help. Check out was very simple...staff on breakfast very efficient. Overall, I'll stay here again. Great bed, pristine room, very quiet location.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast area was great for meeting up with others in the morning. Lots of parking.
Cons: Difficult for child to wash hands and use sink. Would be great to have step stool available for little kids.

Pros: Evenings were quiet. Breakfast had a nice variety.
Cons: Bathroom was in disrepair. tile missing or loose. Shower was kind of dirty.

Pros: Loved the courtyard! We walked to dinner in the Old Market area & came back to have a drink in the courtyard & enjoy a beautiful night. The bar at the hotel is lovely and has a good Happy Hour special. The room was a bit on the smallish side but the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff at the front desk & the bar were very friendly & helpful. Overall a unique property with old world charm that I would visit again.
Cons: The glass shelving in the room that housed the coffee maker, glasses, etc. was splattered & the coffee maker had spilled coffee on the appliance itself. I told the desk clerk when we went down to the bar for a drink & she apologized & said they would send someone up immediately to take care of it. When we returned to the room later it had been cleaned up.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The historic charm is the best part of the Magnolia. Our room was spacious, and the beds are very comfortable.
Cons: While we were there, the number of staff in the restaurant was a bit surprising. One guy-a manager I think-ran the entire room during breakfast. The poor guy looked exhausted running back and forth; however, he was stayed on top of it all fabulously.

Cons: No

Pros: The hotel was in a great location in Omaha with plenty of on-street parking available for my one-night stay. The room was well appointed, and the pool was nice.
Cons: The way the breakfast in the lobby was talked about made it seem like the breakfast was included with the room, but it was not, and so that made for what could have ben a potentially awkward situation.
