Pros:The bed was super comfortable.
Cons:The room should have been cleaner. There was an obvious layer of dust on the dresser. There were no sub ports to charge phones or tablets, etc. There wasn't a freezer section in the refrigerator plus it didn't get cold enough. The air was not on when I went into the room so it was hot and stale. Once I turned on the air unit, it cooled down, but all night long it would cut off and back on making horrible noises like it was going to blow up. Kept me up all night.

Cons:Lack of Maintenance. Luggage rack was rickety toilet seat was about to fall off. Half of the lights didn't work. These are simple things that are easy fixes

Cons:Pool was broken, but allowed you to go across the road to their other location to use the pool there. The breakfast was from 6:30 a 10:00 am but if you didn't get there first you only got what was left. No one was refilling the muffins, donuts, danish... you could make a waffle or eat cereal if you wanted. Apparently there was a limited amount of food available not based on the number of guests staying in the motel. That's poor customer service in my opinion. You could tell the motel was in need of some serious updates, the beds had recently been changed and I give them credit for making updates, I've stayed in other Baymont Inn properties that were better maintained. Overall, not a bad place t stop and get some sleep while traveling.

Cons:The shower curtain in the bath tub was covered with mold where it hung below the tub. The breakfast bar was very limited. There was a very strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallway.
