Cons: Breakfast was a bit pricey, but really good selection of foods (including gluten-free and dairy-free options). You can pre-buy a breakfast "certificate" which provides a bit of a discount.

Cons: The wifi can be a little slow at times. Not a big problem but one of our dressing gowns were’t replaced after day 2 and my partnet had to ring to ask for one. They couldn’t understand what we said, so we had to show them the gown. All solved quickly but it should not have been something customers need to ask- room service should be perfection.
We couldn’t have breakfast on a couple of days as the queues for breakfast was so long (10 couples/families in front of us) that we left and found food elsewhere. This needs to be addressed as it wouldn’t be acceptable for a 5 star nor a 4 star hotel. To their aid, the manager did speak to me immediately after I gave them feedback promising they’ll fix the issue. This is great, but it still doesn’t help the fact that we have had to miss breakfast we paid for for a few days.

Located downtown, it was just 100 meters from my meeting place. International food available on room service. Excellent Internet. Cons: Bangkok is becoming too expensive now and the Landmark prices are too high. Small beer 240 baht plus plus is just going too greedy whist taxis are 35 baht flag fall. Staff wages less than the price of two small beers at the Landmark. Just silly.

Room style and cleanliness, breakfast good and plentiful, esp like that we can eat breakfast anytime of the day (since we always sleep late we never make it to breakfast at other hotels thus dont buy it or would lose it), great pool and view, staff was excellent, nice and always helpful, tuk tuk service very convenient and was avail to us pretty much any time we needed with either very short or no wait at all, also LOVE the 24 hr stay which was esp helpful for us this time as we arrived past midnight - at other hotels by noon we would have already used up "1 day" whereas here we get a full 24hr stay from time of checkin. Loved the huge, stylish bathroom, huge counters to put anything u need, amazing shower, the seat is really cool! Room has coffee machine, water boiler for tea, nice big tv (with great features explaining anything u need to know about the hotel and more), AC also very good.
If the rate is reasonable as this time, for sure will stay again on our next trip to BK.

Cons: Location might not work for some as its about 1km from subway and main street, and traffic can get quite jammed up, and walking is almost impossible on these tiny little Bangkok streets. Dangerous to walk little dark Bangkok streets at night, but then again we did have the free tuk tuk so was no issue for us.

The breakfast buffet was great, had a good variety, different options every day, and my favorite was the Noodle Station. It was a close walking distance to the Terminal 21 mall and several good restaurants. I look forward to staying there again.

The shower was only hot the first 2 days and then luke warm after. Also there's no shower door so it didn't keep the warmth in and water got all over floor.
I expected the room to be a bit bigger.
The pool being across the street sucks, it's just inconvenient.
It wasn't bad but it wasn't the best either. For the price It's definitely worth it.

Cons: Extremely rude staff, and still fighting for my refund that was supposed to be 984$ of which i received $500 only. In my eyes it is a theft.
If i were to come to you and take &484 from you i would be in jail, right? But i have to fight with the property for the same amount of money without any consequences for them even though i had received at official letter from the Dream Hotel that they would deposit 984$ back into my account. I always use kayak and had no problems before with anything. Please help me if you can.

Cons: The receptionists need to update information of other properties when reccomend guests. We were reccomended to an Italian restaurant but was not informed to dress formally as it required. So we missed out the dinner and waited under a rain for almost an hour as that location was unfrequented.The next day, we came to Concierge, the lady there was on phone and talked to us at the same time. She was kind of cranky and not give the information as we expected but wanted to end up the conversation quick. The breakfast was a bit letdowns with not many selection.Additon, the location was not as in the website.It is still in the center, but not that close to Patunam.It takes app. 10 mins walking to Center World Plaza.

Cons: the hotel, being situated in down town has no balkoney! Only 3 operational elevators so there could be some waiting when wanting to get to your room. Minibar and laundrey services expensiv as expected. If you wanted to smoke and didn't want to stay in a "smoking OK room" then there is no other option to go down to the street since the hotel otherwise has no places for the "smoking public"
