I thought the staff were very helpful. I also liked where it was; being so close to the BTS and other malls/attractions helped me to go sort out a range of errands. I was happy to stay here. The food from room service was yummy. I would recommend staying here for a long time stay 😊

Pros (+) Good value for a 5 star. Excellent pool. Nice views from the street-side balcony, but they are a bit too hot to hot to use during the day so don't stress about them.
Cons (-) Breakfast was of high quality, but too expensive. A bit tricky to get to the location from the BTS station, as you pass by a construction site and I couldn't find signs in the station such as there are for the surrounding hotels.

Pros (+) 10 minutes walk from Central Embassy mall adjacent to Central Chidlom with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Also same distance to Ploenchit BTS station. Excellent breakfast offerings. Well appointed rooms with good views. Friendly and helpful staff.
