Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for shopping and exploring Bangkok. Many reviews highlight the value for money and the friendliness of some staff. However, there are significant complaints about cleanliness, with multiple reports of cockroaches, old facilities, and poor maintenance.
