Cons: No tea/coffee making in the room. Whilst great shower would have liked a bath.Really comfortable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice small hotel just next to Bad Münstereifel historical centre
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and quiet location, only 3 minutes walk from town. Very friendly staff, good beds, balcony with a view on a nice, quiet garden. Great "Plastic-Ban"-breakfast. And if you like beer, you can taste some specials at a very reasonable price from brewer/owner Michael. And it has something to do with a German singer.... IF you can survive without a solarium or swimming pool (?..), then this is a perfect place !
Cons: Parking my car was not a problem during my short stay, but capacity is limited, due to its quiet location in a rather small/narrow street. So no trucks or traffic noise possible at this location !... ;+)
9,5 Excellent
Pros: It's a Bier hotel - what's not to like?!! Run by a lovely couple, Lena & Michael. Michael is a brewer and has a large range of very interesting beers at sensible prices. There is a comfortable room to enjoy them in. Background music might well have come from our own personal collections. We had intended to go into town for the afternoon but didn't bother - we had everything we needed right there! Had to go out for dinner though ;-) Very nice rooms and good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
9,3 Excellent
Pros: It was lovely place to stay in. Very relaxed and friendly young hosts. Our family could profit from the appartement and it was a short walk form the historical town of Bad Munstereifel which was not only pretty but had a great shopping outlet!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a really nice surprice that Hotel Landhauszeit could offer us a whole appartment as a family! We enjoyed the privacy and comfort of that a lot. It was also interesting that they had their own local beers. :-)
Cons: The parking was a little difficult with the limited space, but the owner was very helpful with that also.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Since my arrive on this hotel i got all i need and more, the proprietary make me fell like home, i spent 9 days at the hotel and high recommend for any type of trip style. I you want stay a quite and silence place with option to hang out to party and know the area this a perfect place! This is my first Europe visit and they make me feel as Home! Pretty sure will be back soon :) - Apologies by my poor english Flavio
Cons: No word to explain how much i'm thankful !
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. 10 min. away by foot from the centre, the forest was 15 min. away. Great place for long walks in the park.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful spot in the hills above the main railwaystation but very quiet. Our hosts are young couple with ambition for service and comfort of their guests. Short walk to the town wall and the outlet shops. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the breakfast is outstanding.
Cons: Parking is hard if you have a big family car and premium car. Parking is avalable in near street on parkinglots. Just pay before 10 am. Stairs are steep to the front door for elderly and handycapped.

Pros: Breakfast excellent. Location very near to old centre. Mini bar in room. Free water, fruit and sweets in room. Car parking on site (tight and not easy to see driveway entrance).
Cons: Would have liked more information eg time for breakfast etc Needs more electric sockets in room. Shower cubicle too small. Small tv, too far from bed. Would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in room.

7,0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared scrammbled eggs. The bed and bathroom were OK, too. . We had a very good dinner. The restaurant was OK. Quality of food was good and staff very friendly anad thoughtful.
Cons: The room was under the eaves and had a big slanting roof, which made the room much smaller. And there were a lot of stairs to climb. Apparently, it used to be a mill, but I could not see any traces of that.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: We would have liked coffee making facilities in the room.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice place
Cons: Bar was shut, had to walk into town about 1 km away
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly and helpfull.
Cons: the walls are thin. I could hear my neighbour snore so loud even with earplugs... There was a bit of a muffy smell in the room.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely helpful
Cons: The hotel restaurant was not open on at least one night, pretty sure it may have been 2 nights, but the note on this was only in German. Only found out after 2 days that there was a cooked breakfast option as the table I was sat at did not a note on it and no one brought this to my attention.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast was exelent and the restaurant was very good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: TOP! Go there it is all super! Restaurant and breakfast really excellent!
7,0 Good
Pros: The dinner, the menu of the month, was excellent and the female waitress was very nice and she also spoke English.
Cons: They didn't tell us that the hotel was closed 14-17 every afternoon so we had to wait one hour in the car outside the hotel. We didn't got our room on first floor as we asked for two weeks earlier when we did the booking, so we had to climb upstairs three short and one very long stairs up to the attic with no help to carry our luggage.

7,5 Good
Pros: The room was nicely modernized. The beds were comfortable. Step in shower nice. Good table to work on.
Cons: There is no fresh air in the cafe/breakfastroom. Pity for a Kurort in "Bad" Munstereifel. "Bad" refers to the nice fresh outside air. Also it was a pity that unlike advertised the sauna was disfunctional.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: THe rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was a few breadrolls with toppings but I would prefer a breakfast buffet, perhaps some jogurt or eggs.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Located in a quiet area 5 minutes walk from the town centre in beautiful lush gardens with fountains and water features, friendly staff and English spoken.
Cons: The curtains in our room were far too thin hence not blocking out the bright early morning sunshine.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Big comfort room, quiet room, so when it was hot we open windows.
Cons: It’s take 10 min. To go to the center, but to come back y have about 100 stairs and isn’t easy. To drive to the center is very easy about 3 min. Breakfast is not the best.
7,5 Good
Pros: Good location. Nice clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Have stayed many times as a single night stopover for holidays in southern Germany, Austria and Italy and for Christmas markets. It suits a one night stay.
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent

Cons: For that price breakfast included would have been nice.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Yes the croissants were extra flaky...
Cons: heino
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good service by the breakfast The staff was very relaxt. Nice to see all the photos of Heintje
Cons: The way to the hotel was under reconstruction. So we have to ask the different route. Was not so easy to find this hotel. In the night/ evening no body of staff was there.
7,5 Good
Pros: Room facilities, breakfast, friendly staff at reception and in breakfast room, location, views and size of room / comfort of bed
Cons: At 9.40pm on a Saturday night returning from dinner in the town, it was disappointing not to be able to get any kind of drink (coffee / beer /water) to either drink in hotel lounge or take to room. Whether this was due to private function or not (no reason given) it is not really acceptable for a large hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very good restaurant
Cons: For a Kurhaus Hotel you expect more welness facilties but sauna was closed and others were on demand.
