Pros: I would give the staff an 11 if possible. Most memorable experience- beautiful, well-maintained grounds, top-notch dining. Would go out of my way to stay at this property again.

Pros: THE VIEW. Not really, we asked for an upgrade, told we would have a view, only to be on the the second floor with a view of the road in front on the 'hotel'.

Cons: so many things.... it was on a reduced rate to allow others without wealth to enjoy the pleasures normally afforded to those with money to enjoy their life style. The staff knew the going in price and treated us as cattle.

Pros: The view of the area is exceptional and the care the staff gives is also incredible.

Cons: Dinner prices were extremely high while the amount of food was small. Still, the food was excellent. Staff was helpful.

Pros: Ourdoor Fire Pit and Smores and the patio with the fireplace - great place to watch Football.

Pros: Outdoor jacuzzis and friendly service

Cons: Had to pay for parking which we werent aware of...should be free for hotel guests considering we pay for a room there

Pros: The staff was fantastic and took great care of us for the week! Our kids enjoyed the activities on site. Excellent out door patio and bar. Grant and Nikki were excellent.

Cons: The only complaint we all had was the comfort of the mattresses were substandard. The mattresses and pillows were so uncomfortable, our family did not sleep well the whole week.

Pros: The location and ski butler guys were fantastic!!!

Cons: The walls were a bit thin. The people in the room next door to us got into a major fight. A woman, man and young child. All were quite vocal and used very colorful language. We ended up having to go to the bar, but this was in no way the hotel's fault

Pros: The Resort was gorgeous and it felt like it was out of a magazine. The suite was beyond amazing!

Cons: The price of room service. The taxes and fees where a little high.

Pros: Spa was amazing. Loved the eucalyptus sauna. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the spa everyday. Loved the ladies locker room. Shower products were great. Loved the shower mist and body lotion. Food was very yummy. Buffalo's was our favorite. Room service was exceptional. Although very pricey. Almost $90 for a burger fries turkey sandwich fries and a Pepsi and Sierra mist. Good location. Love the shuttle to and from town. Loved the outdoor fire pit and indoor smores. Every need is met. Love the extra care - comb robe slippers etc. Loved the bathtub in the room would love to have one for home. Staff was friendly. Loved the free movie options in room. Hotel gave us free champagne and a very sweet card to celebrate our five year anniversary of. Also chocolates at our couples massage. My husband and I were over all very pleased. Hotel grounds were gorgeous. Great views even from our second floor room. Love the hotel dog a st Bernard I believe. Huge dog friendly hotel. Love it!! Great stay over all. Only one minor hick up at check in see below review.

Cons: Charged us for stay and a $200 a night security deposit right up front. Talk about a damper. Was not suppose to pay until check out. They were suppose to have fixed it. Happened on Friday. Accounting wasn't back in until Monday. No one ever followed up. Got the cold shoulder and attitude when I asked. Money didn't go back into account until day before we left. Huge bummer. Was never even informed about security deposit. Food was over priced. Not many options on the menu. Although food was delicious. Wish hotel had options for small amount of bath salts or bubble bath for room. Had to buy a huge bottle from the spa at $40. Didn't use all of it couldn't take it with us gave it to another guest. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pillows were way to smushy. Hard to get comfortable. Staff was very loud. Woke us up slamming doors very early and talking. Other guests slamming doors. Wish it was more sound proof. Wish the ski lifts were open even just for a view :) stayed in October so not in ski season oh well. Spa services were to expensive. Services were 50% off when we stayed. I was told $275 for a couples massage included both of us. So $275 was suppose to be the total cost. I was told that once when we booked two weeks before our trip and I called down the morning of our service and confirmed. After service went to check out she said total was $581. I had to argue with her to fix it. She said I was informed incorrectly. It was $275 a person. They also added a huge amount of fees. Not pleased with the spa services. Rest of the spa was amazing. Great complementary hot tub and sauna area. Just high prices on services.

Pros: The staff ALL were so nice and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The Grotto was AMAZING!

Cons: Wish the shuttle went a little further.

Pros: Beautiful facility with helpful staff and great pool/spa/healthclub area. Decent breakfasts at the restaurant.

Cons: Mattress was somewhat shot and sagged.

Pros: They have great staff, one in particular. Her name is Tabby and she helped us with some issues we had during our room check in. She handled it like a pro and the westin should be happy to have somebody mature and professionalize her.

Cons: I did not like all the added fees they never advertise when booking. There us a 32 dollar valet fee, 35 dollar resort fee and 4 taxes.

Pros: Staff very helpful and attentive.

Cons: $350 for a room that resembles any Comfort Inn, at best. Parking and Valet is nothing short of a disaster. I understand the greed and the location but when you over charge guest and the shower isn’t working or the toilet hasn’t been cleaned (yes someone had to come clean it) that is just in your face ridiculous. I guess it’s our privilege to stay there? Definitely taking this chain off the list with the tournament body for future pay to play tornaments.

Pros: Staff are all very friendly and helpful. View from just about every window is spectacular. Good choice of dining options.

Cons: No HBO, as far as I could determine.

Pros: Beautiful property in the mountains with top-notch amenities.

Cons: Bed was too firm. Pillows too soft. Charge you for too much. Should be able to self park. Only one True restaurant option.

Pros: The hotel was very pretty. Our room, which was a basic room, had high ceilings and a basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove.

Cons: Pool area was BEAUTIFUL! But was not kid friendly. Pool was not very big and it was mostly used as an adult lap pool. My 9 & 12 yo boys had to keep a watchful eye on not splashing adults and not getting in their way....we prefer more kid friendly pool

Pros: Our room was on the top floor and the ceilings were high. The window was huge and had a great view as well.

Pros: The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the views were amazing. My wife and I also enjoyed our massages and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well.

Cons: The restaurant located in the main lobby expensive. I didn't not see many alternative options for food/dining.

Cons: wanted bigger room but host made me call booking.com to change reservation and it took over 1.5 hours to complete. sad that i could not do it right at the hotel when i was already there.

Pros: From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. Dede at the front desk is exceptional at making guests feel like family. The accommodations were beautiful and so well maintained. The pool and amenities were prefect. We'll be back for sure!

Cons: breakfast was primarily sugary, fattening food (eg, muffins)
