10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just wonderful. The outdoor pool is awesome.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Loved the proximity to all the events! Cozy rooms and very friendly staff!
Cons: We ate at the restaurant Fireside Grill for breakfast and lunch - pancakes were great! The caesar salad however was less than stellar. The dressing had a very fishy taste - not good. Jacuzzi didn’t have water until the day we were leaving so that was a little disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and comfortable with lots of upscale touches. Fantastic location with a lovely pool and hot tub.
Cons: This is nitpicking.... Their parking situation is such that the valet it your only option. I didn’t mind so much because it was free, but I personally like to park my own car.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location and the details towards comfort. the staff was very friendly
10,0 Excellent
Pros: clean, location, bar in the hotel. Friendly staff from valet, desk & servers. Highly recomment.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms, friendly house keeping staff, heated pool with hot tub, convenient location next to a ski lift. The breakfast croissant sandwich was delicious and a perfect portion before a day on the slopes. The front desk receptionist helped me research restaurants when I asked where to find elk meat. Parking in convenient, simply pull up and someone will immediately greet you.
Cons: Hidden fees! Likely with all hotels in the area, but the hidden fees significantly increased the cost of a one night stay. The location is great, but not next to the best lift. The lift next to the hotel brings you to a smaller mountain at lower elevations. Great hotel but I don't see the value on the cost. They wouldn't allow me to order an omelet for breakfast unless I bought the full $28 breakfast buffet :(
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Right there!
Cons: All good!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: No
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet Room friendly and helpful staff. Location great.
Cons: Room was King Superior with obstructed view of mountains due to ski lift in front of window.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast offering was OK. Toaster for bread and bagels was difficult to use and VERY slow.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: So close to the chair lift. The ski Valet. The easy of walking everywhere in town
Cons: The bathroom area. While you had a private toilet area, the main sink area did not have a door on it to close off. So if someone got up to dress or get a drink, and turned on the lights, the sleeping area was affected
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location staff parking
Cons: Nothing
Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort And Spa - Beaver Creek - Building
2
9,2 Excellent (595 reviews)
R4 058+
Overview Reviews
The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa is setting a new standard for mountain resort hotels. A beautiful hotel with room to explore, a wealth of activities and unequaled luxury.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff (valet, front desk, bell crew) was terrific. Rooms were well appointed. Grounds were gorgeous. Dog friendly is a huge plus. Price was right!
Cons: 8100 Bar and Grill was terribly disappointing. Way over priced for the quality of fare. Staff had little to no support and as a result service was non existent. A horrible dining experience.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is gorgeous as is the building. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds.
Cons: The pervasive theme of the weekend was that requests weren't filled and some (not all) of the staff. Didn't care. Allison at the front desk was amazing, however.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional. Down to earth and friendly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds with sizable rooms. Spa is amazing!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to ski and facilities
Cons: Lobby Bar service somewhat slow
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had stayed there many years ago. I thought it was a very good spot from which to explore Beaver Creek.
Cons: Not really. I had a long walk to my room, but then it was very quiet as I like it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here at the Park Hyatt. The location is excellent in the Beaver Creek Village and easy access to great hiking and mountain biking.
Cons: My only gripe is how expensive food and beverage is here at the property. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but it's also $28/person which is steep. Cocktails at the bar are also $14-20 so be ready for that.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The view was stunning! Staff very friendly and helpful! Grounds were stunning, lots of activities to do
Cons: Rooms could have been a little nicer but overall was amazing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel excellent staff!!!!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing.
Cons: Room was very average. Shower and bath not above a 3 star.
7,4 Good
Pros: Staff was great and that people that worked there went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. Location was beautiful and the resort is a picturesque escape from the city.
Cons: Visited just before ski season. Hotel was dead. Hotel's main restaurant was closed for renovation, couldn't even get a cocktail in hotel lobby. Hotel had the nerve to charge a resort fee when you can't even get food other than from their small coffee shop.
8,2 Excellent
Cons: Daily parking fee is outrageous

Pros: Location
Cons: Room was very very dark....guess that was popular when it was built. Not my taste but bed was comfy and we were there just one night thankfully.
6,0 Good
Cons: As a returning guest I was disappointed with our recent stay. We switched rooms, and the air conditioning unit was broken. We notified the front desk, and nothing was done to attempt to fix it. In addition our sink clogged over night making it unusable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Valets were super nice! Bartender in the bar had a major problem-thought his s... did not stink. Was very rude when asked a simple question.
Cons: Needed more seating on the deck or one more nice chair so that 2 people have places to sit.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: ...that we couldn't stay longer...
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice hotel! Turn down service at night. Fresh hit chocolate chip cookies when the ski day ended. Ski in ski out location. Accommodating staff. Would absolutely stay here again!
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The carpeting through out needed a deep cleaning or better yet replacement. The pool and hot tub heater was broken throughout my eight day stay even though I complained daily. The hot tub and pool lighting was non existent or broken throughout my stay.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service provided by the staff.
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this resort was amazing. Right at the base of Beaver Creek and easy ski in and out. Short walk over to the village. Here are some examples of how my expectations were exceeded: staff- amazing. Cookies in afternoon. Boot warming room.
Cons: Everything was amazing. I can't think of one negative point or criticism to add.
6,7 Good
Pros: Room was spacious and had a great view
Cons: I arrived from a flight at 11:30am. I had a wedding at 2pm. My room wasn't ready until 1:45pm. I realize this is in your policy, but was a major inconvenience.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: No late night food/room service
6,0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: NOISY! Put in room right over the front drive. So noisy that I could not Open the windows at night which is my favorite part of staying In the mountains. Need better pool lounge furniture. No breakfast menu service during the week.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful location near Beaver Creek village and ski lifts. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons: Heat in the room didn't work very well. Drafty and cold. Paper thin walls so you can hear everything in the rooms next to you. Shower was clogged. Overpriced for the level of quality.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional!
Cons: We had to go home!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Recently renovated room was nice. Fireplace was a plus. We received great customer service from hotel employee who parked our car and took our bags up. He did a professional job explaining everything to us.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the whole stay. Was a nice, clean and quiet. Didn't stay long enough to really rate the overall facility. The room and bed was comfortable. Much nice than your average hotel room.
Cons: The AC was slow too cool the unit. Bay window looks into the hallway. There are blinds but it felt less private. Kinda a strange feeling. There is $22 resort fee which I expect anywhere in Beaver Creek, but there is an additional surprise charge of $25 per night for valet parking. I was under the impression that valet was included in the resort fee. That information was not offered up to me when I checked in. Expect to pay an additional $47+ fee on top of what you book the room for. I'm pretty sure you run into this at every resort in BC, so it's hard to knock the Lodge for what is pretty normal. Still don't like or appreciate it though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here several times and keep coming back. Very pleasant staff. Great ski room operation and just steps from there to the lift. New restaurant in the hotel is very nice for breakfast or dinner.
Cons: Wifi was fine but you have to sign back in every time you leave the room which is a hassle and should be fixed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and incredibly comfortable room. The best part was the staff - so incredibly nice!
Cons: The breakfast buffet is awesome, BUT the Beaver Creek price of almost $30 for breakfast was a bit much.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I have stayed here over a time period of 30 years. It has always been a great Lodge and it always changes for the better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet, loved the location and the staff was amazing!
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The staff was wonderful, attentive and friendly.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: They have great staff, one in particular. Her name is Tabby and she helped us with some issues we had during our room check in. She handled it like a pro and the westin should be happy to have somebody mature and professionalize her.
Cons: I did not like all the added fees they never advertise when booking. There us a 32 dollar valet fee, 35 dollar resort fee and 4 taxes.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Staff very helpful and attentive.
Cons: $350 for a room that resembles any Comfort Inn, at best. Parking and Valet is nothing short of a disaster. I understand the greed and the location but when you over charge guest and the shower isn’t working or the toilet hasn’t been cleaned (yes someone had to come clean it) that is just in your face ridiculous. I guess it’s our privilege to stay there? Definitely taking this chain off the list with the tournament body for future pay to play tornaments.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are all very friendly and helpful. View from just about every window is spectacular. Good choice of dining options.
Cons: No HBO, as far as I could determine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property in the mountains with top-notch amenities.
7,0 Good
Pros: From the arrival, we were treated like VIP's to the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food at the Maya was great. The overall feel of the hotel was family-friendly. The room was also great with one minor issue; there was delay in getting our room clean, this may be due to the fact that it was the holiday's and they may have been short-staffed.
6,2 Good
Cons: Bed was too firm. Pillows too soft. Charge you for too much. Should be able to self park. Only one True restaurant option.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: everyone was very kind and help full
7,1 Good
Pros: Great location and a very modern look and feel. People working there were great.
Cons: Too many dogs. Dogs everywhere, really? Very pricey
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool, hot tub, spa restaurant
Cons: Thecstatbucks did not take my coupon that I received as a Starbucks reward
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very pretty. Our room, which was a basic room, had high ceilings and a basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove.
Cons: Pool area was BEAUTIFUL! But was not kid friendly. Pool was not very big and it was mostly used as an adult lap pool. My 9 & 12 yo boys had to keep a watchful eye on not splashing adults and not getting in their way....we prefer more kid friendly pool
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was on the top floor and the ceilings were high. The window was huge and had a great view as well.
Cons: Nope.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the views were amazing. My wife and I also enjoyed our massages and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well.
Cons: The restaurant located in the main lobby expensive. I didn't not see many alternative options for food/dining.

7,5 Good
Pros: Appartement was bigger than expected.
Cons: The gym equipment was a bit dated and limited choice.
7,9 Good
Pros: Great location, nice and clean, just wish the pool had been open.
Cons: Only problem we had was that we didn’t have pool towels at all, but that’s easy enough to fix. And it would have been nice if the pool was open.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: The blinds in LB205 were broken. The door knob from the master bedroom to patio is broken. The fan in the master bathroom is very noisy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was great and had everything we needed. The lift was so close that you were on the slope as fast as you could get your skis on and it was easy to ski right to that locker doors in the evening. The locker was a perfect size too.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was very friendly. Shuttle service was perfect for easy travel. Hot tub and heated pool were right on time after a long day of skiing. The pool was actually warm enough for parents to get in with the kids. The views from the room were beautiful.
Cons: The room was hot for this southern family use to AC during our winter ski trip. Opening the balcony doors helped. Ski in ski out was great but they were a little icy so not for new skiers.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, clean and awesome staff
Cons: Nothing
9,6 Excellent
Cons: The tv’s were hard to figure out with the cable boxes. Some written instructions in the unit would have been helpful. Also, checkin was a bit confusing since it is at a different location & that wasn’t made clear.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The villa was lovely and plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. It was convenient having laundry facilities.
Cons: No air conditioning was the only down side to staying in this unit.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were amazing! Apartment was spectacular and very spacious! Loved all of the extra amenities!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: So beautiful and the room was way above our expectations for the price.
Cons: That we didn't stay for another day which was on us. Ultimately there wasn't a complaint.
7,1 Good
Cons: The patio door was stuck in very hard to use and patio furniture needs updating. Also the patio was filthy as were the screens in the house lots of cobwebs etc. between the windows and the screens. Otherwise the unit was clean
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable condo type rooms. Was clean, bed were comfy. Front room a bit warm, fans helped but still a bit warm to sleep. Kitchen was nice to have, as was laundry in rooms.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and this place was amazing! Way bigger than we expected! You could entertain in this apartment easily with a nice dining table and cozy living area. There were 2 couch beds (which were comfortable) and 2 bedrooms which worked out great traveling with two teenagers. There was also a garage space that came with the room which was also nice. I do know that there is a lazy river and amenities at the rec center but we were not able to use this because of the timing of our day. There were jacuzzi bathtubs and 2 large bathrooms. Fantastic location in Avon and not very far from Vail which was nice after a long day on the mountain.
Cons: It was a bit hot in the evening for the kids even with most of the windows open so it was less enjoyable for them but the property did have fans available. It's to be expected in the summer months really. I imagine in the winter months, it's lovely with all the windows open and fire burning.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious and open. Bathrooms were very clean. Has plenty of kitchen necessities and extra pillows. Garage parking is a huge plus and great location. Only a 15 minute drive to vail. Would stay again.
Cons: Check out is at 10 am

Pros: Ourdoor Fire Pit and Smores and the patio with the fireplace - great place to watch Football.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor jacuzzis and friendly service
Cons: Had to pay for parking which we werent aware of...should be free for hotel guests considering we pay for a room there
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was fantastic and took great care of us for the week! Our kids enjoyed the activities on site. Excellent out door patio and bar. Grant and Nikki were excellent.
Cons: The only complaint we all had was the comfort of the mattresses were substandard. The mattresses and pillows were so uncomfortable, our family did not sleep well the whole week.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Resort was gorgeous and it felt like it was out of a magazine. The suite was beyond amazing!
Cons: The price of room service. The taxes and fees where a little high.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Spa was amazing. Loved the eucalyptus sauna. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the spa everyday. Loved the ladies locker room. Shower products were great. Loved the shower mist and body lotion. Food was very yummy. Buffalo's was our favorite. Room service was exceptional. Although very pricey. Almost $90 for a burger fries turkey sandwich fries and a Pepsi and Sierra mist. Good location. Love the shuttle to and from town. Loved the outdoor fire pit and indoor smores. Every need is met. Love the extra care - comb robe slippers etc. Loved the bathtub in the room would love to have one for home. Staff was friendly. Loved the free movie options in room. Hotel gave us free champagne and a very sweet card to celebrate our five year anniversary of. Also chocolates at our couples massage. My husband and I were over all very pleased. Hotel grounds were gorgeous. Great views even from our second floor room. Love the hotel dog a st Bernard I believe. Huge dog friendly hotel. Love it!! Great stay over all. Only one minor hick up at check in see below review.
Cons: Charged us for stay and a $200 a night security deposit right up front. Talk about a damper. Was not suppose to pay until check out. They were suppose to have fixed it. Happened on Friday. Accounting wasn't back in until Monday. No one ever followed up. Got the cold shoulder and attitude when I asked. Money didn't go back into account until day before we left. Huge bummer. Was never even informed about security deposit. Food was over priced. Not many options on the menu. Although food was delicious. Wish hotel had options for small amount of bath salts or bubble bath for room. Had to buy a huge bottle from the spa at $40. Didn't use all of it couldn't take it with us gave it to another guest. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pillows were way to smushy. Hard to get comfortable. Staff was very loud. Woke us up slamming doors very early and talking. Other guests slamming doors. Wish it was more sound proof. Wish the ski lifts were open even just for a view :) stayed in October so not in ski season oh well. Spa services were to expensive. Services were 50% off when we stayed. I was told $275 for a couples massage included both of us. So $275 was suppose to be the total cost. I was told that once when we booked two weeks before our trip and I called down the morning of our service and confirmed. After service went to check out she said total was $581. I had to argue with her to fix it. She said I was informed incorrectly. It was $275 a person. They also added a huge amount of fees. Not pleased with the spa services. Rest of the spa was amazing. Great complementary hot tub and sauna area. Just high prices on services.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff ALL were so nice and gave us excellent recommendations for the area. The Grotto was AMAZING!
Cons: Wish the shuttle went a little further.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location and the free parking. I don't think there's a bad view from any of the rooms. Loved the two outdoor hot tubs. Ate at the in-house restaurant. Our waitress was amazing--wish I remembered her name!
Cons: Toilets were really slow to flush. Shuttle was slow and not worth it for the distance they travel. Rooms, while very clean, could be updated. Walls were thin. Hate the resort fee.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Condos are larger than other properties in Vail Valley. The BC shuttle is excellent and very frequent and with transfer services to Vail, Breckenridge and further afield, you don’t need a car. Dining out, cocktail and wine prices are expensive but comparable to other venues in the area.
Cons: There’s not much to dislike about the Charter, very convenient to the ski lifts. If you’re after true ski in / out, this may not be the place for you,
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: We were seriously mistreated by the staff in 2 ocassions. We are even talking to lawyers to see if we can suit. It was scary and really awful to be disrespected in such way. We definitely NOT recomend this place. BC has many other beautiful places to log in. Avoid The Charter at all costs!!!

Pros: Ski in and out and ski rental in the facility, gym, spa, pool, hot tub, good breakfast and restaurant. The staff is always very helpful. They are hands off unless approached which is what I prefer. I also like the lack of apres ski because I can get that elsewhere and then return to more peaceful atmosphere.
Cons: I’ve stayed at the Charter many times so obviously the negatives are overcome by the positives. The resort layout is a bit confusing and there are times I might want to be in the village at the base of the mountain, but not enough to stay elsewhere.

Pros: The room was furnished in a rustic decor and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a sliding glass door and a window that opened for outside air.
Cons: There was no air conditioning in our room (but having the ability to open the door and window was helpful). The room was right above a road so you could definitely hear the traffic (residential) with the door open.

Pros: Easy access to town and hiking.
Cons: N/a
5,4 Okay
Pros: A warm bed, housekeeping.
Cons: The hot tub wasn’t hot. A maintenance employee tinkering in a mechanical room caused some nearby speakers to suddenly blast extended deafening high pitched feedback and static three times before I was sent running away. I’m sitting in a tub of water and he’s experimenting with electricity without a word of warning. Scared the wits out of me. Strangely there was no on-duty manager to complain to for my entire stay. The provided hot breakfast in the lobby was hit and miss and sometimes not hot. The toilet backed up. I will be returning to the area a lot the next four months to ski but I will definitely not be staying here and I don’t recommend it.
7,0 Good
Pros: The breakfast is quite good, especially if you like fresh waffles.
Cons: This is not a fancy place. It's good value for money.
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: I've stayed at this hotel numerous times, but this visit was not good as the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a stain on the pillowcase, the shower still had a prior visitor's hair products along with two open/used bars of soap, etc.
