The room was clean and luxurious with full facilities. It was a little tight on space, but when there's 4 people plus infant that's always going to be the case. The staff continued to provide fantastic service for us, and a convenient added bonus was allowing the car to stay in the under-cover parking lot while we skied after check-out.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: i got a complimentary margarita at check in, check in staff was so helpful and even the valet guys were great!
7,1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Valet. You’re in a great mood until time to have you’re car retrieved, then you become irritated as you realize you’re spending 32 bucks nightly for parking plus expected to tip the valet. You could’ve certainly retrieved your car more cheaply and expeditiously on your own. Tipping valet every time you want your car becomes ridiculous. Resort fee is silly. It’s a shame they stick you like that because it really is a great property.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the mattress! Also appreciated that you took pets.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: For summer time, a better bike security. Rather then keeping in my room
Cons: ?
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Did not like how my credit card that held the room had holds on it. I would have liked seeing one total charge with a breakdown of each charge. Not several holds.

Pros: Beautiful property in the mountains with top-notch amenities.
7,1 Good
Pros: Great location and a very modern look and feel. People working there were great.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The pool, hot tub, spa restaurant
Cons: Thecstatbucks did not take my coupon that I received as a Starbucks reward
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very pretty. Our room, which was a basic room, had high ceilings and a basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge, and stove.
Cons: Pool area was BEAUTIFUL! But was not kid friendly. Pool was not very big and it was mostly used as an adult lap pool. My 9 & 12 yo boys had to keep a watchful eye on not splashing adults and not getting in their way....we prefer more kid friendly pool
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was on the top floor and the ceilings were high. The window was huge and had a great view as well.
Cons: Nope.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. Very accommodating. The rooms were very nice and the views were amazing. My wife and I also enjoyed our massages and the staff there were very friendly and helpful as well.

9,6 Excellent
Cons: The tv’s were hard to figure out with the cable boxes. Some written instructions in the unit would have been helpful. Also, checkin was a bit confusing since it is at a different location & that wasn’t made clear.

Pros: The villa was lovely and plenty of space. Everything we needed was provided. It was convenient having laundry facilities.
Cons: No air conditioning was the only down side to staying in this unit.
7,5 Good
Pros: The apartment was very spacious and had enough room for a very nice relaxing stay. We could all stretch out after skiing!
Cons: The staff both at check in and throughout the stay was not helpful at all. Told us we couldn’t use the fitness center and then gave incorrect hours for the Rec center across the street. The guide in the room said they had several amenities you could ask for at the front desk. I asked for robes. The man said, we don’t have those. I mentioned it had been on a sheet in my room and he said, they probably ran out. Never heard from him again on checking on it. We have stayed at timeshare places like this before and they usually come and check your towels/coffee/supplies once while you are there. No one ever did. I’ve received better service at a Motel 6.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were amazing! Apartment was spectacular and very spacious! Loved all of the extra amenities!

The Charter At Beaver Creek - Beaver Creek - Building

8,8 Excellent (494 reviews)
R7 996+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at The Charter at Beaver Creek in Avon (Beaver Creek), you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Beaver Creek Resort and Beaver Creek Golf Course. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator (lift). Free valet parking is available onsite.
7,1 Good
Pros: The buffet was OK, fruit selection good but hot food was picked over and we got there at 8:045am on Saturday morning, right before the rush of people at 9:00am. When the rush did occur the wait staff was unable to attend the crowd. We had to get up from our table and ask for a coffee refill. it seemed the priority was to the tables with larger parties with kids so we felt like were on our own.
Cons: The check in. We got to the hotel early, at 12:30pm so we asked for an early check in and they said they would call us when room was ready, which is fair, but our room was not ready until after 4:00pm. It would have been customer friendly if the front desk communicated with housekeeping to clean a room for us so we could have at the minimum check in at 3:30pm. We also felt rushed to check out, as we were reminded at check in, and that evening that check out is at 10:00am! I understand all hotel policies are different, but it seemed quite expensive for such a short stay and to feel pushed out before one even has time to settle was not kind. We had just stayed at the Broadmoor the weekend before, so i am comparing atmosphere and cost which was about the same, but the Broadmoor rooms, customer service and value was exceedingly better than the Charter at Beaver Creek.
7,5 Good
Pros: Great restaurants and spa on site. Location was close to the village. Good value. Room was a little outdated but still nice. Loved that we had so much storage space for our snowboarding gear!
10,0 Excellent

7,1 Good
Pros: had a shuttle bus every 10 min to ski slopes took 5 minutes value for money quiet at night good outdoor pool and hot tub 5 min walk to shops
Cons: Have stayed here 3 years ago and got impression has been cost cutting and had gone down hill Average buffet breakfast only on weekends , A la carte during week Dinner at hotel restaurant was below standard expected they only had 1 container of hot chocolate and if you didnt come in first 15 minutes was gone Not full room service every day unless you pay extra
10,0 Excellent

Cons: Wish it was a little closer to town
10,0 Excellent

Cons: I would have preferred a room with balcony and fireplace
6,3 Good
Pros: Super location and transport to the town center was great especially in all our ski gear. The restaurant and spa were very good.
Cons: The Charter is dated and in need of renovation for these prices. The elevator was broken the entire week. Our unit was very dated in decor especially compared to the pictures provided.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff and location all around a perfect place to stay! It was like an oasis to my hectic life!
Cons: Nothing
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff kept the room exceptionally clean.. the towels, ropes were very nice...
Cons: Pillows were small.. I could only get one Tv station it seemed.. no biggi! However my god It seemed like we could hear the early morning conversations clearly between the children and their parents through the wall as if it was almost not there. “ thank God I quit drinking so I was not hung over “ lol ... I mean woke us up and keeped us up till they left.. somewhat noisy children but nothing out of the ordinary. Still can’t understand how I could hear them so well.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location and pool area.
Cons: The price was a little high.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The building location and pool facilities were fine.
Cons: The continental breakfast on Saturday was very underwhelming. The fruit options were very limited and only bagels and sweet rolls were provided for breads. Separately, the parking options were also very limited and the parking garage was very tight.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great amenities, excellent staff.
Cons: The sofa bed wasn't comfortable.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Nice room for the price, excellent location for skiing at Beaver Creek! Will be back. Staff were excellent!
Cons: Parking a little tight.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I were visiting for an event at the Ritz-Carlton. Falcon Point was a great location and easy to get to. The amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable. I was also impressed by the kitchen and the size of the living room.
Cons: My friends and I were all coming from the Denver area at different times. There are no warnings on Booking that only 1 car is allowed to park on the property because Booking is a "third party site". I did call and ask the property about additional parking and they could not guarantee me $10 parking in the overflow lot over the phone, but upon arrival, we were able to secure more parking. Most people at the resort are probably families and only have 1 car, but this place is no ideal for a girls trip. Upon checking in, getting additional parking was not easy even in person.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: I really like the location.
Cons: We didn't make it in until after 10 pm because of closures on I-70. Trying to figure out how to get in and check in was somewhat difficult. The outside direct-connect phone was OK, but then we were given all sorts of 10 digit phone numbers (with no way to write them down).
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and it was just real nice
Cons: forgot to tell you if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom it just hummed
7,5 Good
Pros: It is in a nice spot and was easy to walk to play areas, stores, food, etc.
Cons: I wish I had known there was no air conditioning. We were running fans the entire time and it was always a bit too warm in the room. It never seemed to cool down enough. That made sleeping uncomfortable.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet, the King size bed was very comfortable and the fold out couch bed was actually quite acceptable for my teen daughter. It supported three of us laying on it for a family movie night without the usual sagging and squeaking. A first! Space in the bedroom between the bed and dresser was tight but manageable. Water pressure was great, the hot water never ran out and the kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. They even provided glass/Tupperware for leftovers - very thoughtful. Ski storage lockers in the garage were provided. Underground parking was great since it snowed almost every day we were there. We were a block from the shuttle bus to Beaver Creek village and the the ski slopes. It was a 10 min walk to the Gondola at the Westin, which would be problematic in ski boots, but manageable if you store your boots and skis at the Westin.
Cons: The complimentary Continental breakfast was only available on Saturday morning.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: On site amenities were very good. Location is excellent.
Cons: There was a small leak from the fridge that we reported on our first day and was still leaking when we left.

Pros: Gondola was great
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: The parking garage was the biggest nightmare and we've stayed in places all over the world. Half of the staff was brand new and were clueless to any issue we raised. It was laughable it was so bad.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Kayak sent me to a third party booking company that failed to process my reservation. I spent 45 minutes at check in making phone calls. Finally canceled my kayak booking and just did it with hotel. Pathetic performance on the booking process!
4,2 Okay

Cons: Bed uncomfortable Balcony Parking complicated Used Towels and drinks left behind in public areas Food and dirty dishes left in hallway the whole day on the floor Can hear baby crying all night I didn’t plan on reviewing so no photos were taken, but next time i will.

Overview Reviews
The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa is setting a new standard for mountain resort hotels. A beautiful hotel with room to explore, a wealth of activities and unequaled luxury.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff (valet, front desk, bell crew) was terrific. Rooms were well appointed. Grounds were gorgeous. Dog friendly is a huge plus. Price was right!
Cons: 8100 Bar and Grill was terribly disappointing. Way over priced for the quality of fare. Staff had little to no support and as a result service was non existent. A horrible dining experience.
7,1 Good
Pros: The location is gorgeous as is the building. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds.
Cons: The pervasive theme of the weekend was that requests weren't filled and some (not all) of the staff. Didn't care. Allison at the front desk was amazing, however.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was exceptional. Down to earth and friendly.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I had stayed there many years ago. I thought it was a very good spot from which to explore Beaver Creek.
Cons: Not really. I had a long walk to my room, but then it was very quiet as I like it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here at the Park Hyatt. The location is excellent in the Beaver Creek Village and easy access to great hiking and mountain biking.
Cons: My only gripe is how expensive food and beverage is here at the property. The breakfast buffet is delicious, but it's also $28/person which is steep. Cocktails at the bar are also $14-20 so be ready for that.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just at steps from the mointain
Cons: Room cleaning
6,3 Good
Pros: The location is perfect!
Cons: the Breakfast and the staff
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Its the perfect location for a comfortable stay. The gondolas and chair lifts are right outside, your ski equipment is waiting for you infront of the gondola, handed to you by very helpful ski valets, they will even warm up your boots for you. The staff in the rest of the hotel are great also.
Cons: Room service was really bad, took forever and food was not very good. The deli shop’s food is not good either and service there is very slow also and quite expensive. There is a $50 fee for parking per day.
7,1 Good
Cons: beware of undisclosed hidden costs like $100 overnight parking and $50 "resort fee" for pool, towels, gym, etc even if you never use any of this.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very well located and open roomy areas
Cons: Excessive unavoidable charges for valet parking - compulsory.
5,8 Okay
Cons: They forgot to clean the room one day and the guest services gentleman was rude about it/
6,7 Good
Pros: The location was great.
Cons: For the cost of the room per night, the service was lacking. We had to call daily to re-supply our room and to turn over our room. It was usually around 3pm when we would call to turn over the room. This is more than enough time to get to our room.

Cons: No complaints.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the price for the location and the location was perfect with all the surrounding restaurants, other hotels, etc.
5,4 Okay
Pros: Large rooms and big bed, elevator (that looks like the panelling has been torn off and smells of cigarettes), pool, parking, easy to find.
Cons: Staff are clearly not ‘hospitality‘ orientated, receptionist couldn’t find my bookings then didn’t speak a word to me during the whole checkin process. breakfast utensils were plastic and paper plates, bathroom fan goes all night as it’s a built in model so sleep quality was terrible.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: the location, the breakfast, the pool
Cons: it smelled a bit musty in the room, but I opened the window and that fixed it.

Cons: Check in staff was neither friendly nor helpful
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Deck was wonderful and having a kitchenette was nice.
Cons: Slightly outdated. Bed was right next to front door which isnt a problem except halls were noisy early in the AM. .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Liked that it was a suite
Cons: The bed was too firm and indented it tge middle
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and price great
Cons: One elevator and tons of stairs. It’s a long property. If you have a small child or lots of luggage request 1st floor.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love the kitchenette makes it so homey and comfortable.
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location is great. Most places are walkable.
Cons: It is DATED! The rooms are dark and old. The floors are sticky. The pull out sofa bed is a joke. Our two little kids slept on it and even their lightweight was to heavy for the super thin mattress. No way a grown up can sleep on it.
5,4 Okay
Pros: It was kid friendly. Had everything I needed to make a meal. Alex, the front desk man was extremely helpful!!
Cons: We got kick off our balcony at 9am and check out wasn’t until 11am. Couldn’t even have the fresh air come in. Then, the housekeeping lady was extremely rude to me. Trying to push us out of the room early and when we did leave at 10 am she scolded me because I forgot to take the do not disturb signs off the door. Then when I talked with the manager, she told me a bunch of excuses. They just switched staff and they can’t predict when they paint a certain room. I ask if I could get a bit of a discount, $20 off the room and she refused. I will not stay there or recommend this place to anyone.
6,3 Good
Pros: Small outdoor pool. Good kitchenette.
Cons: The second bedding was a "tired" sofa bed that we had to get fixed before being able to use it.
4,2 Okay
Cons: The room was 80 degrees and the AC didn’t work, the bed was a rock and the swimming pool was more chlorine than water
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very happy overall. Super quiet, dark rooms and good space. Great location. Nice kitchen area with everything you need. Nice bathroom but water pressure was lacking.
Cons: The coffee maker was terrible and we ruined two pots trying to make coffee - grounds everywhere ...and the Iron was broken and barely worked which was tough b/c we were going to a wedding and had to iron a bunch of stuff.
7,5 Good
Pros: Hot tubs and fire pit were nice. Good amenities inside hotel.
Cons: I wish the indoor hot tub and pool stayed open later.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location is accessible and easy to find. There were amenities available that I didn't use, but others might really enjoy them. I love the kitchenette if you are staying very long, and I love the fact that they provided hot cocoa mix in the room as well as the usual coffee. (I hate coffee, but just try convincing most places that not everybody guzzles the stuff!)
Cons: Well - the pull-out sofa is not the most comfortable bed I ever slept on - but far from the worst. (My daughter had the bed.)

7,9 Good
Pros: The room was furnished in a rustic decor and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a sliding glass door and a window that opened for outside air.
Cons: There was no air conditioning in our room (but having the ability to open the door and window was helpful). The room was right above a road so you could definitely hear the traffic (residential) with the door open.
