Cons (-) One of our beds was made with a dirty duvet cover. There was little concern by staff & no follow up.

Pros (+) The Initial greeting by the staff was very nice and accomodating.
Cons (-) Had a confirmed reservation for a King Room- was told there were not any. How did I get a CONFIRMED King Room reservation then? I was told and ENCOURAGED to use the shuttle into town (versus UBER) so I told them the address (basically just south of downtown) and then was told the shuttle would pick me up at the Marriot (2 hotels north) not a bad walk really, waited about 20 mins (again NOT the end...
