The staff was very helpful .
When I set up the reservation I repeatedly asked about a handicap room. Both legs have been amputated. When I got there it was not a handicapped room & there wasn't one available. Please do a better job when booking reservations.
They were ok with replacing my key everytime i forgot it.

Was placed in an adjoining room and my girlfriend said it smelled like cigs. Was very loud and unwelcoming. We were put in a nicer suite and the stay was okay after that.
