Pros: The hotel as nothing near for 3 miles
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was immaculate! The rooms are super clean, the lobby and restrooms, the breakfast area and every area of the hotel were sparkling clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great! I loved that it included Gluten free bread and soymilk.
Cons: It's not the fault of the hotel but it is a huge stretch to say this hotel is in Athens. It's a $13, 20 minute Uber ride with no traffic to downtown which a bit further than I was expecting. There is nothing to see near the hotel except a Gas station.

4,0 Okay
Cons: Very disappointing for a 3 star hotel. Small room with a king bed, small bathroom, no closet, just a wardrobe closet, very small. tv too small for that class of room. No refrigerator, no microwave, only one cup of reg coffee in room, no free breakfast.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean, quiet, and super comfortable!! The employees were very nice and professional!
Cons: We arrived after 10 pm and at checkin we had an issue where the employee could not immediately see that the room was prepaid, but he asked me for my itinerary number and said he would take care of it. Regardless of that hiccup, checkin was quick.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel, staff was great
Cons: Thought breakfast was free with stay, it wasn’t but that’s ok
6,5 Good
Cons: Don't think this was built as a Marriott Courtyard. Odd layout and rooms are dated and need renovating.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very good
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff was by far the highlight of this unusual Courtyard Hotel. The layout is very much a series of connected cabins with a central area around the pool.
Cons: For a somewhat pricey hotel, they nickel and dimed you! Nothing was free. Breakfast would have been good.
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice lounge and great porch- good place to hang out.
Cons: I had picked a hotel w/ a pool. Then came to find out that while pool deck was open, the pool was closed. Saw several people swimming- but was told when I asked, that no I could not swim as pool was closed. In the room, paint was peeling on doors.
2,0 Mediocre
Cons: For what the room cost versus what other hotels in the area cost I was expecting more. When I arrived on Friday afternoon there was a loud generator running in the lobby. The air conditioner was one of the old style units that was extremely loud.
7,0 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was central to the events and restaurants I was attending while in town.
Cons: The room and bathroom were smaller than what I expected for a 3-star hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was gracious and very helpful.
Cons: The pillows were NO GOOD you should get "MY PILLOW" FIRM

Cons: Heating unit was loud in the night, would wake us up
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location near downtown.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was nice & extremely comfortable.
Cons: The layout was slightly confusing with the abundance of conference rooms etc.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Very clean, most of the staff very helpful. Good location.
Cons: Listing shows smoking rooms available (main reason I chose it as my husband smokes). Was told upon arrival that the building was smoke free. Made it difficult on my husband. Listing needs to be updated. Our 'neighbors' were very loud, lots of door slamming and hollering until 4am. Not the hotels fault of course but was annoying. Be aware beds are really high, if you are vertically challenged you may have to take a running start at it to get in. Very comfortable once you climb up. Five dollar 'parking fee' and a five dollar charge for using my DISCOVER card. Had I been told at the desk there was an extra fee for that credit card I could have used a different one.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Clean
Cons: Due to horrible sleep, the purpose of my trip was ruined!!Despite changing settings, heater was so loud (louder than tv) and constantly blew air, sleep was not good. Without heater, it was too cold. Couldnt change rooms bc of limited time. utter failure
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable location is decent.
Cons: You have to pay for parking even as a guest of the hotel which is absurd!
7,9 Good
Pros: Location and check in staff plus ample parking. Great bathroom and comfortable bed. Nice big fridge and microwave.. Lovely big room
Cons: The hotel has a non smoking policy but clearly in the past our room was a smoking room # 3-375... the smell was awful, especially from the curtains/blinds and so bad that our clothes stunk of stale cigarette smoke . We wanted to swap rooms initially but we decided against complaining.. but I wished we had ... a shame really as everything else was great

Cons: No
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were extremely comfortable and inviting. The location was amazing, near to Athens downtown, so I could explore the city just walking. Very nice hotel overall.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't so great. When I was there, it was a la carte, and not a buffet. At one day, the breakfast took so long to come, that I had to cancel, otherwise I would be late for my meeting. Even thought, the staff was very gentle, and comprehensive.

Pros: From the time I entered the office it was also spotless and smelt so clean Front desk clerk exceptionally nice as well
1,0 Poor
Pros: The hotel doors were on the outside of the facility and I did not realize that prior to booking the hotel. The hotel also charged my credit card for full amount and I did not stay there because of a safety issue with doors being on the outside of room.
Cons: I did not like the fact that they charged my credit card for full hotel fee and the hotel room doors were on the outside of the room. THIS IS NOT SAFE for me when traveling and I would not have reserved the room had I known the doors were on the ouside.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: I continue to like the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The breakfast was not as good as the last time we were there, unfortunately. The staff member in charge of it was not polite when I asked her if there would be any more scrambled eggs coming out (since we had already been waiting for 10 minutes). She replied only that they weren't serving scrambled eggs that morning with no further explanation. But there was a sign/label for scrambled eggs and egg residue in the in the container...I didn't question her on that. Another ten minutes later, she brought out omelets that had been warming up in the oven. She could have easily mentioned that omelets were the egg item being served and let us know how much longer we needed to wait. Also, many juice and topping containers weren't refilled the whole time we were down there for breakfast.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I was there as my best friend was in the hospital and passed away while I was there. The desk agent went above and beyond when I arrived and when h asked if there were any diet drinks she gave me one of hers from behind desk. Lovely girl! When I needed to extend my stay, the night desk agent told me I had to go back to booking.com. He was less than helpful and It was overwhelming at that moment in time. The next morning the the agent was wonderful and accommodating to me. After extending my stay at a medical rate, my friend passed away. I checked out. This was all within a few hours. I can’t say enough good about that wonderful lady.
Cons: The night desk agent was not at the same level as the other two I dealt with. Both of the ladies were shining stars for you!
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I had a short stay, just needing the room. The staff was great, happy the room was pre-paid for, and they helped me with a free phone plugin when I had to leave my car (and my charger) somewhere else overnight.
Cons: My only big issue was how loud the door closing is. It wasn't a big deal for me, as I usually wake up before 9am on the weekends, but from 7:30-8:30 the consistent door slams all across the hallways did wake me up at 7:30.

Cons: Booked the hotel for the indoor pool but it was closed. The room allowed lots of noise in as it sounded like a party in the hall. Woke up to find that there must have been a party as the floor by the elevator looked like someone tried to halfway clean up vomit.
