Very freindly staff. We told the manager that we damaged one of the kitchen plastic cutlery by mistake and offered compensation. He reacted with a smile and said it's OK. Big room and a big shower. Comfortable room.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The kitchenette is equipped with utensils, sugar, salt, pepper, and pots and pans. This was great to be able to cook breakfast in the morning before heading up to Maroon Lake. The room was huge. The bathroom was updated and well-equipped. We were greeted by Jim at the front desk, and he was super friendly and helpful with suggesting new hikes and directions. I would definitely stay here again. It has everything you need without the crazy Aspen hotel prices.
It’s not a fancy, luxury hotel, but it’s a great value for what it is. In Aspen, it is more important to be outside than in your hotel room. No complaints!
Quaint, clean and comfortable. Not a "chain" motel. Location was close to the walking area of Aspen. No complementary breakfast --- but did not expect one.
Scene from the window.
very impressive！ the Inn is nice and cosy，shall be the best one during our trip in US. the Host provide lots of information.
