CONS: Check in process was horrible. The office was closed all day and no information was posted about how to access our room. Luckily security could help us get in contact with someone who could get us our room key. In addition, the resterant process was unclear and silly. You had to pay first, in a different location and only then could you get a meal. Nothing posted in English at the office. If we hadn't leaned French before we traveled into France, we would not have been able to check into our room which was already paid for.
