Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciate the spacious and comfortable rooms, the hotel's good location, and the quality of the breakfast. Many mention the cleanliness and well-maintained facilities as positives. However, there are repeated complaints about poor service, especially at the front desk and restaurant, with issues such as unfriendly staff, slow response, and confusion with reservations and breakfast charges. Noise from events and music is also mentioned as a disturbance in some rooms. Overall, while the amenities and comfort are valued, service and noise issues detract from the experience for several guests.
