Thought we’d never find a satisfactory room
I liked the layout of the suite with nice kitchenette and granite island. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby on cold snowy mornings and nights. The pool table was fun. It was nice to have access to the guest laundry.
We had an awful time trying to get a satisfactory room. While I had a favorable opinion of the first room, the tub area had not been cleaned...a bottle of shampoo was on its side leaking onto one soap dish. In another soap dish a used bar of soap sat in a puddle of water. There was a stain in the tub. The room they moved us to was so dark; it was missing a lamp and the bulbs in the bathroom and kitchen were very low wattage. We actually had them clean our first room and moved back to it the next day. It had a better bulb in the bathroom but it also had a horrible low watt bulb in the kitchen.
Nice kitchen, family room, and bedroom
Mildew on caulk, shower curtain holder almost fall due to tile crack, bathtub old. TV bad pixels, not clear but I fixed.
The initial willingness to look into both reported problems of the bed and mildewy tub.
Uncomfortable springy mattress in sleep soda - which was replaced by a rollaway for one. The two long presence of mildew around the tub was a turnoff. Despite complaints, the attempts to treat were completely futile. They could try and be more creative with the protein breakfast offerings.
