Pros: I only stayed one night, however, I wish I had had more time. Location great, staff efficient and friendly, lovely clean room with a nice feel and outlook, good Wifi, great shower pressure and plenty of hot water, very snug and comfortable bed, good lighting and mirrors, tea and coffee making facilities as well as mini bar for those who want it. I am at the end of travelling 3 months in Greece and 2 weeks in Turkey and the Class Hotel would possibly be my best all round accommodation experience during that time.

Pros: I stayed at Class Hotel for 1 night only (as planned). The hotel is in a very good location, few minutes walk from bars, restaurants, shopping disctrict. It is in a safe area and I had no issue walking on my own at night. I booked a double room and it matched my expectations - large, comfy bed-. At time of booking I expressed preference for a non-smoking room, but unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke. It did not put me off and (as I visited other places in Turkey) I realised all rooms would smell of smoke. Buffet Breakfast in the morning was adequate. I found the staff very nice and welcoming. I would stay there again and would recommend it to other solo (female) travelers.

Plenty of places to eat and shop around. Hotel kindly provided good Turkish breakfast for free for the whole stay as well as complimentary fruits. Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. Thank you to Mert for his help and guidance on Ankara sightseeing. Would definitely recommend to stay!

Cons: Well, it is a very convenient location and I really liked everything about the hotel but the street is full of pubs and bars. Therefore, if you do not like that sort of thing, it may not be your place. However, the hotel has double glazing windows and well sound-proof. Hence, I slept very comfortably without hearing much noise. Beds are very comfortable.

Cons: I have asked for the room to be non-smoking and it was a non-smoking room - no smell of tobacco. The staff was really attentive to the needs and very friendly and smiley. One room ws cleaned on daily basis. The shower and bathroom was working properly, there was no smell and the sewage was working properly. There was not a single disappointment with our stay in the hotel. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely book it again when i am in Ankara.

They upgraded my room for free, and allowed me later checkout at 13:00. The best way to reach this hotel is by taxi because it quit far from airport. Taxi took about 40min and cost me TL120 (city center way).

Cons: Air condition did not work properly. They tried to change my room but still was not good. Lift is very slow I was on the level 15 the lift fan did not work I have breathing problem... Cons: The restaurant staff don’t know English well, as a result I learned a few words in Turkish. Restaurant lunch did not have a good quality, service was poor. I have stayed here for 8 nights and let me tell you it is very old hotel: 1-every time you must go through metal detector with everything you carry under x-ray machine as it is airport check-in. 2-staff is very unfriendly and disrespectful. 3-wifi is terrible. 4-air conditioning doesn’t work and when you call they make you wait for hours till someone comes who doesn’t know anything.. I have lost many night sleep because of it. 5-It is not near metro-station as they say. 6-breakfast is not 5 star. 7-you must charge door cart daily.. and reception gets annoyed!! 8-jacuzzi doesn’t work in room.

Reception staff are v nice specially Sengul, she makes you feel at home and welcomes everyone with great smile with very good language and amazing support. The spa staff are amazing. Gulcin is a very nice lady and the therapist Ozlem is one of the best ladies in massage and turkish bath. Just go there ! Food is great location amazing. Consider Bera hotel in ankara!

Pros: Great place for business and leisure trips. Lovely to have a sauna and swimming pool - although it was too cold to get into! The room with a terrace was lovely, stylish, and comfortable. Bonus is that the hotel has live Jazz evenings on a regular basis!
Cons: The room was stylish, but it got quite stuffy and hot (3rd floor) despite the AC. Staff generally do not speak English, one receptionist did. The hotel did not have any baby travel beds/ cots. We made a bed on the floor for her with cushions, but she would wander at night and her whole sleep routine got a little messed up, and we barely slept.

Cons: Location is a little far from action and city center. However, you can take a direct bus (ticket is 5.5tl for two people) from the main street. There is a bus shelter on the main street, just a few minute walk.

It has a kitchen but with not so many plates and utensils, if you really want to use it (thinking for the ones that stay for more than one night).

Cons: The internet connection was horrible, I couldn't use it even for 5 minutes. I called the reception and was told that the problem was with either my laptop or my phone. However, my friend couldn't use it at all.. Later that I called again to ask if they can do something to fix it but nothing worked. So, I had to work but I couldn't use hotel's wifi at all and it was so annoying to be told that probably the problem was with my laptop. Unfortunately, at the end of the breakfast I saw one of the hotel staff was fixing olives with bare hands.. and one more thing, the bed cover was dirty! I saw a big blood stain on the sheet.. :(

Cons: Everything is extremely dirty - floors, surfaces, etc. Management is strange. Staff is not too friendly. There was no cleaning over the 4 nights we stayed there. After the first night there was no cleaning. After the second night we tried a Make up the room tag on the door knob - didn't help. After the third night we thought why bother maybe the cleaning would happen. No way. They never brought in any toilet paper, any toiletries. I called three times for hand towels and only after a request made at the reception we got hand towels. So all in all it was one of the most unpleasant experiences in recent years. NOT RECOMMENDED. Super dirty.

Cons: Hygiene... The room was nice and all. however , the towels and bed sheets were disgusting ! The pillowcases had holes in them and looked kinda yellowish. The room next to us had smokers in it and the smoke smell easily went through reaching our room. Problems with hot water , most of the time just warm. No iron ! We asked for an iron and were told to give them whatever we wanna iron and they'll do it... With a charge ! I've been to many hotels but this is the first time I get this BS. Also, no kettle ... Towels had black stains on them, as if they were used by some guy working in a car maintenance shop. No free water bottle , all hotels offer 1 bottle of water for free. And too pricey for what they offer overall.
