This is a place I'll book for a night, if I need to stay multiple there are better properties on Harbor. Facilities are old, and prices are high because it is directly across from the Disney parks. Breakfast is provided, but gets cleared out first thing in the morning by guests. Make sure you arrive after 3:00pm because otherwise you'll need to lock up your luggage in a locker. It costs $1.50 for a locker. There are no exceptions to getting your room early. I called about 2:30 to see if our room was ready and the person that answered said "check in is at 3:00". Oh and I believe you can't park a passenger van there either. Other than that the hotel was ok.

You can’t beat this location for a Disneyland visit. It’s a ten minute walk to the front gates! The staff is indifferent, the walls are paper thin, and they aren’t currently doing any housekeeping while you stay, but you can ask for extra towels and put your trash out in the hall for pickup. It’s pretty bare bones but it’s an excellent location.

Pros (+) The location is simply amazing. It is literally across the street from the Disney entrance. It's not a top notch hotel, but if you're there for Disneyland etc you're only going to be there for a minimal time. It's comfortable and clean. The pool is an added bonus, great to take a dip in, after a day of walking LOTS around the magic kingdom. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful too. ...
Cons (-) The free breakfast is a little 'stodgy' for most Kiwi tastes ( the pastries etc) but there is toast and bagels available so I guess something for almost everyone.

Pros (+) This hotel was a good fine. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Pros (+) Close proximity to Disneyland.
Cons (-) Confusion at check in, parking and resort fee. Housekeeping took towels and wash clothes off of floor and out of tub, but did not replace. Trash wasn't removed from room.

Cons (-) The worst mattress ever. I got zero sleep because of the hard, thin mattress. Would not book again.
