Location was excellent! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.
Plenty of parking spots open but blocked off for mandatory valet prices added upon arrival, an extra $52 hidden charge.
The location to Disneyland is outstanding. 5 minute walk which is nice when you've been on your feet for 12 hours.
I reserved a single king room 11 months in advance and when I went to check in they said they didn't have one for me and had to put me in a double queen. I am 6' 8" and I don't fit in a queen bed all that great, hence the king room I booked. They said they would switch my room the next day, which they did but that meant I didn't have a room to go to from 7am to almost 2pm. On top of that they made no attempt to make things right and the staff spent the majority of their time in the back office.
Rooms smell
The staff seemed friendly and helpful
The rooms smelled so bad I couldn't even stay there. Had to abandon the booking.
Great location
The location to Disneyland was great it is right across the street Very clean and comfortable

Amazing Hotel for Disneyland!
This hotel was beyond perfect for Disneyland! It is right down the street from the entrance! It is honestly closer to the park entrance than the Disneyland Hotel! The new rooms are super clean and very comfy beds! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!
We will be back. Lots!
Awesome location, staff and remodel. Lovely rooms. The pool is salt water, very clean and perfect temp. Lots of. I’ve towels and very nice chairs and umbrellas. Just a bummer to have to walk across the parking lot to get there. A very easy ten minute walk to Disney ticketing area.
Pool area is in middle of parking lot.
It was quiet and had no problems at all
Practically on Disney Property
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was awesome, across the street from Disneyland. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Close to Disneyland
Great location for the theme park, clean rooms, friendly of staff. There was a little market and coffee bar on site that was convenient.
comfortable stay
its availability to my needs without going far
Great place to stay!
Incredibly clean room on the first floor (of 2). We were there for 5 days, and originally we thought we'd only be there at night after full days at Disney. We ended up coming back each day for about an hour or two during the hottest part of the day (and to avoid some crowds!). A small fridge to keep things cool, the bed was very comphy, a lot of pillows to choose from. Some other guests would slam the doors occasionally, but nothing the hotel can really do about that. We didn't have a car so didn't have to worry about parking. Looked like there was plenty of room, slots were probably a little closer together than my car would've like but that's just me being a little picky. It is litterally 100 yards from the Disney tickets stands, or you can buy in the lobby. Service was pretty quick checking in and out. The little shop has a bunch of travel items and small snacky items and plenty to drink. Pretty much anything a traveler would need.
Only problem, and this is really minor, is that the toilet would slip occasionally and not fill the tank in order to flush again. Simple fix, just take off the top and push down on the pump thing, works good. No other problems with our stay!
Why Was I Worried???
We stayed here since we couldn't get into (what used to be) our favorite place a few doors down. From the second we got there everything was pleasent and clean. The front desk got us sorted out quick, which was much appreciated as we had just spent 10 hours on a small motorcycle, and our room was nice and quiet. I had read some other reviews about the "outrageous" parking fee which turned out to be $9 a night which didn't bother me. They have valet, but you don't have to use them if you don't want to. They sell 2-5 day park hopper tickets right there for the same price as the gate so I didn't have to wait at the line for tickets which was great!!! There is a small attached cafe which sells the typical Starbucks-ish fare and has some grocery items and souvineers as well. The walk to the park is almost the closest walk you could have, only one hotel closer. If you are still awake after your day at Disneyland there are plenty of channels on the TV, and they are clear. Overall we had a great expirience and this will be our first choice on future visits.
I really don't have any complaints. Some will complain about the parking rate, but as far as I can tell everyone is charging about the same so to me it was a non-issue.
Location to Disneyland, Clean updated rooms. Clean towels everyday,
You now have to pay for parking and it was not stated on line. You have to pay for some things at the contental breakfast. If paying ...not great choices either.
Location and cleanless and overall design has an iverall good feeling
Just better the complimentary breakfeast its really not that good just donuts and cofee or orange juice. And the hidden fees once you get there you would have thought hotel included free parking but charged 9 plus tax and checking in early additional days parking
Highly recommended, just across Disney street. Large room with fridge, quiet, clean ... excellent
The breakfast: have to pay for milk and cereal!
I liked that it was very close to downtown disney and the convention center. We didn't even need a car.
We put our please service sign out at about 7:00am and came back at 2:00pm and the room still wasn't ready. They didn't stop by until about 3:30 which I think is a little too long. I wish you also had a vending machine for when the grocery store is closed. Coming from a different time zone it was hard to get a quick snack.
The proximity to Disneyland's maingate and the staff.
The continental breakfast is a joke. Why not just stop offering breakfast? $1.00 for a bowl of cold cereal??
Very quiet, very close to Disneyland
Location - across street from Disneyland entrance, close to freeway and restaurants
No free wifi
Short walk to Disneyland Park, front desk very helpful, convenient for food
The location is unbeatable!!! Just walk right across the street to enter the park. Clean, quiet, nice pool and hot-tub, great price, and free daily breakfast.
Carpets did need to be cleaned. Feet and socks turned black from walking on carpet. Carpet was dark color, so looked ok, but kind of gross about our feet and socks.
It was so close to Disneyland and we loved it.
We did not like the smell of the room. It smelled old.
