Very convenient and reasonably priced with a very helpful and friendly staff.
Rooms were ready for a remodel, shower was beginning to look its age.
The location is perfect for Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and helpful
A little noisy with the maid service rolling carts back and forth super early in the morning. Also can hear other people in the other rooms, very thin walls. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet that we didn't notice until morning. I don't know how someone making the bed could miss that..
Location is perfect! Courteous staff! Value for money! Rooms are updated and pretty clean. All negative things aside, this is my "go to" place when staying outside the park!
Parking is scarce. Can be noisy at times because of inconsiderate guests. Guests should be more considerate of the noise they make. Especially in the early morning or late hours when people are sleeping. Not sure why they don't offer breakfast free, paid or otherwise.
Walking distance to Disneyland

We loved the close, walking distance location from Disneyland. Makes it easy to leave the park in the middle of the day and come back. Also close proximity to a few places to eat. It was also a decent price, about $130/night.
There seems to be nothing special about most of the hotels along Harbor Blvd. that are within close proximity (walking distance) to the park. The whole lot the hotels are on are very long and narrow, making most of the rooms long and narrow, as well. The décor was somewhat updated. Nothing special. Beds were not that great. Our room/bathroom was huge, so there was plenty of space to lounge and relax. The king-size bed w/ lots of pillows was so comfy...No Joke! We had a large flat screen TV and love seat sofa as well. The staff were friendly and really went out of their way to take care of us. Had dinner right next door at Tony Roma's. Didn't get a chance to visit roof-top bar, too tired from being at the parks all da...

location. right across the street to Disney. this is the only reason to consider staying at this 'hotel'
Room was small (expected, maybe), A/C was smelly, Carpet so unclean, Towels not always clean. Free WiFi is so slow it's unusable Breakfast is terrible, cold, not fresh, huge line to get the food (10-15 ppl in line), only few tables to sit so you can find yourself standing with food in your hands waiting for a table to become available. bottom line, this is a motel with a price of a hotel.

Construction. Rooms look dated. No self-coded safe provided in the room for valuables
Fun pool area, perfect for the kids. Comfortable beds, good shower
We paid for 2 days of parking nut when I asked if I could leave my car while we went to Disney they said it was an additional $15. So instead of walking across the street we had to drive to the park lot.
