Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions, public transport, and local amenities. The staff received positive mentions for being friendly and helpful. However, many guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, cleanliness issues, and poor accessibility due to steep stairs and a frequently broken lift. Some also noted that the rooms did not match the advertised photos and that the overall value for price was lacking.
