Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, proximity to attractions, and canal views. However, many express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant odors. The lack of an elevator and steep, narrow stairs are frequent complaints, making access difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Bathrooms are often described as small, poorly maintained, or prone to flooding. Bed comfort is mixed, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or too small. While some staff interactions are positive, overall value for price and maintenance are areas of concern.
