Pros: It was very nice, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly and even called to check to make sure everything was okay. Having a kitchen with a cooktop and fridge is the way to go for sure, it had just enough things for making a light meal if you wanted. I did bring my own coffee and press though which I was happy about. I highly recommend! PS. don’t forget to leave the housekeeper a little something, they work very hard to make it just right for you especially if you make a mess in the kitchen!

Pros: Rooms spacious. Staff friendly. We were on a cross country trip for six days so didn't stay anywhere more than one night.
Cons: Very good Indian Fry Bread tacos and Breakfast Burritos at Twisters right down the block. Other than that, choosing a place to eat seemed problematic, as it is located in an industrial area. The location is pretty sketchy (trash, bottles of alcohol left on the street) if you go even a half block beyond the hotel, which I did because I have a big dog that needs to be walked. Fine place if you just want to sleep and don't want to do much at all outside the room/hotel.

Cons: They charged us three times while checking in, it took 45 minutes to check in, they only had one working computer, the self check out did not work, an electric outlet didn't work in the room, and there were no towels in our room.

Pros: The mattress was comfortable, but the sheets were rough, and stiff.
Cons: Upon arrival, the door man said hello but stood at the podium outside while he watched us unload our luggage without offering to help. There is only one luggage cart and a line of people waiting to use the one cart. The hotel has one elevator for 12 floors of guests. The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are very outdated and ours smelled very stagnant and smokey. Our server at breakfast was not friendly and there was hardly any food on the breakfast buffet, what was there was not good, it was old and cold. The cereal was the best part. When we left, we had to wait in line for the one luggage cart and had 2 other families waiting to use the cart after we were finished. The doorman saw all of the guests, many of them elderly unloading/loading their luggage, yet stepped inside the building and stood at the front desk to talk to the girls working behind the counter and not assist any of them. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Nice Pictures
Cons: The reality was not as good as nice pictures.
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The description of the hotel claims it has 3 restaurants which is not true. The area is industrial with nothing within walking distance.
7,9 Good
Pros: Samuel could not have been nicer ... and very helpful
Cons:

Pros: My family and I liked having Netflix available to watch. I don't think we have ever stayed at a place that offered that.
Cons: That the pool was not connected to the building. It was cold for my kids and myself when going back to our room. But the showers and changing room helped for the next day.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel met all my expectations and was kid friendly.
Cons: No
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: After 8 hours of driving, we like to watch TV. First of all, the control was very unfriendly. We could not get any "guide" to choose our selection. We were told, "It's down." That is a cop-out. They were too lazy to have updated. You had to channel up or down all the way through to search for selection. After all that driving -- that was one more irritation. Also, the place is starting to look dumpy. Popcorn ceiling? Banged up elevator walls. I am not sure we will stay there again. Also: bath: could not fit 2 people inside.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is a little better than other hotels, It is right off the freeway so it is pretty easy on and off, to your next destination. The staff people are extra friendly. The rooms are nice and comfy and clean.
Cons:

Pros: Lots to like. Nice room, very clean, courteous staff, very accessible.
Cons:
5,4 Okay
Pros:
Cons: I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights each. Yesterday we left at 7am and got back to our rooms at 5:30pm and housekeeping didn’t even bother to remake the beds in either room all they did was take the towels from the floor and replace with new and dump trash. When I called front desk to complain employee said I’m sorry would u like us to go do that now? Ummmm no at this point why bother ? Didn’t offer anything aside frm well sorry about that. The fee I pay for a room includes housekeeping and when they don’t do it they should discount the room in my opinion. Also there are roaches crawling in the hallways and in the pool and hot tub area so our stay at the pool was very very short and this is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this property and saw roaches at the pool except for this time we saw them in the hallways also.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Pet fee of $50 for one night is excessive.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location was good, free breakfast was good too.
Cons: It was kinda dirty & dark, run down. Room was humid and bathroom was small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We had had about 15 rooms at this hotel for my sisters memorial and the staff was so wonderful! They were all so very kind and compassionate. Big Kudos to all the staff . Thank you for making a very hard time more pleasant. Thanks

Cons: It was dirty around the hotel. The hotel room could have been cleaner. The parking was not good. It was very loud with people arguing. The location was close to the street. One night we heard a motorcycle on Carlisle right outside shooting a gun and then a cop in hot pursuit. The bed was very uncomfortable. Either our stay there was just a bad time to be there or it's just the way it is there.

Cons: I left an article of clothing in the room. When arriving at the airport I called , but the person in charge of lost and found was not in yet. when I got home I called several times. After reaching a person, I gave the description of the article. Called back a few days later to find out that the person taking care of our room, had a child shot in the head and was not in contact with her. I expressed my sorrow but have not heard back from anyone. I know this sounds slight to what this woman is going through. It was a family jacket black with a round cold patch on the left front. The whole family travels with the same jacket and it will be missed. Thank you for you can do.
