Pros:I believe Rodger was the man at the counter in the airport? Whoever he was, he was great. Ryan was in the parking garage and walked us to the car. He’s a young man who was professional, interesting, and made me proud to see a young student working for such a great rental company.Cons:Absolutely nothing, they gave me a free upgrade because my car was unavailable.
