Pros:Our confirmed reservations were not honored. After driving for over an hour to location to pickup car we were told there were not available. Confirmed reservation were worthless.Cons:If we had gotten a car per our reservations.Reviewed Apr 14 2021

Pros:the older woman was helpful and i was pleasantly surprised to get a bigger car even though i had requested a kia or similar. since all she had on the lot was an Equinox i got that at the price i had planned to pay. Thank youCons:nothing. very happy with the serviceReviewed Nov 25 2019

Pros:Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. Excellent choice and condition of vehicles. The pick up location had a choice of vehicles we could take and when we indicated we have lots of luggage, the staff correctly suggested the Ford Explorer. Kudos to the staff.Cons:Perhaps there could be a small map with arrows indicating the exact drop-off location. Sometimes Google maps will not bring you to the exact location but somewhere there and in a city like Chicago, you have to figure out the exact spot by going around in circlesReviewed May 14 2019
