They allowed me to book and didn’t have any cars available. They called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to go pick it up asking me to wait until the next day to MAYBE get a car . I just flown into Champaign and I was left strandedCons:

The car was about 1/8 below a full tank. And then the car showed that one of the rear tires was very low which I didn’t notice until I was off the lot but it made me a bit nervous while on the highway.10,0 Wonderful

Our confirmed reservations were not honored. After driving for over an hour to location to pickup car we were told there were not available. Confirmed reservation were worthless.Cons:

the older woman was helpful and i was pleasantly surprised to get a bigger car even though i had requested a kia or similar. since all she had on the lot was an Equinox i got that at the price i had planned to pay. Thank youCons:

Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. Excellent choice and condition of vehicles. The pick up location had a choice of vehicles we could take and when we indicated we have lots of luggage, the staff correctly suggested the Ford Explorer. Kudos to the staff.Cons:
Perhaps there could be a small map with arrows indicating the exact drop-off location. Sometimes Google maps will not bring you to the exact location but somewhere there and in a city like Chicago, you have to figure out the exact spot by going around in circles4,0 Mediocre

No one told us that 21 cannot rent a minivan. We wasted our time to rent this car. And i didn’t find how to cancel to reservation after the lady at the drop off location told us we can’t rent.9,6 Wonderful

I am very unhappy with the insurance I booked on the website as I assumed I would be covered for emergency breakdown but Avis would not accept the emergency breakdown so had to pay again for that. I also already had other travel insurance so just wasted money The policy is misleading10,0 Wonderful
