It was a nightmare. The rental car ( Renault Arkana) did not function properly. I had to call 3 times for road assistance. Battery kept dying. They left me stranded one day . I waited 4 hours and no one came to help. I had to hire a private party to come and start the car so I could go back to my home. I will never rent a car form Alamo or Enterprise. Cons:There apparently is a French and Swiss side to the airport with car rentals at both places. The French side is smaller with less car but maybe a better deal. I rented a small suv because I was going skiing. They did not have that car but they “upgraded” me two classes to a luxury wagon without AWd. It worked for this trip but was not what I wanted. Also, the road signs and gps are not clear how to get back to the French side. We almost missed our plane. Found it by accident and not following what the signs would indicateReviewed Dec 19 2019

Pros:Staff generally friendly. Super fast drop-off.Cons:Difficulty at pick-up. Required to provide a flight number although leaving in the region. There was no mention of this anywhere on kayak's or wisecars' website through which the car was booked.Reviewed Sept 16 2019
