Pros: friendly personnel. clean. Good location near to cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach is 15 min walk through the valley of birds. I really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast is quite good also : cereals, orange juce, moroccan pancakes "msemen", pastry, bread, yogurt, fruit salad, boiled eggs, moroccan mint tea, coffee machine. May be missing only scrambled eggs and cheese.

Cons: - Glasses and plates were served wet and uncleaned. - Shortages in hot water supply used in shower.

Pros: The staff have been most attentive to all our needs and they could not do more for us. The building itself looks ready for refurbishment but perfectly adequate for what we paid. We enjoyed the fantastic sea and mountain views from our windows. We booked this holiday in March for occupation in December so we do not understand how they came to accommodate us on the first floor of the four floor building, the noisiest part. We drew attention to the fact and they let us have rooms on the second floor which was just a little better. The food was adequate and plentiful. Water was supplied for breakfast but not for supper. We had to bring our own bottled water. In the spa areas, wonderful service was provided by Sesemm and her colleagues.

Cons: The sound of music playing in the patios every night between 2200 and 0100 was a bit upsetting. We were told by people in the upper floors that they could not hear anything. Sounds like the place to aim for next time. Itemised receipts were never given which made it somewhat difficult to query entries.

Pros: Tildi is overall a nice hotel - we had some issues with a particolarly strange triple room, but when we explained it, the staff was helpful and supportive. We got the impression they all really cared personally about the guests!

Pros: The staff are very friendly , cheerful and very helpful. Abdelatif and houssen are very funny, entertainment was good. The food was amazing and the staff in the pool area were great.

Cons: The property in general is great ,the room sizes are good and clean but the only issue is that the furniture needs upgrading.

Pros: 1. Staff is amazing except of those working in the restaurants. This kind of staff you put in a motel and get 4 star hotel. Prompt, kind, efficient, ....etc. 2. Location is amazing. 3. Swimming pool activities for kids. To make it short, you stay in this if you have kids and you take a sea view room on the 7th floor. Otherwise, it is not worth it. See view in 7th floor is something UNIQUE.

Cons: Ah Where to start. 1. Not clean (killed 2 spiders in my room) 2. No kittle, tea or coffee in in the room. 3. Towels smell. 4. Safe is broken when i changed the room. 5. Breakfast is a mess. Officially, it is from 6:30 to 10 am. If you come past 8:30 you need to stay in a long queue for omelette and mosammen and .. and ... . And you come 6:30 and breakfast is not ready. I ate omelette without bread for the first time in my life

Cons: The tools at restaurant cleaning to be improved

Pros: The rooms were spacious and very clean. Was given a plate of fruits when we check in to our rooms which was lovely to have. The front desk advisor Malika, was extremely helpful when we had any problems. Also the accountant was also ready and keen to help us when we notice a slight problem when we had to pay total of stay at the hotel. He sorted it out quickly.

Cons: Sometimes taxi driver can be confused which one exactly from Labranda chain you are looking for - so just say the full name.

Pros: Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet could be improved but cant complain. Excellent location by the beach.

Cons: Their bath tub and toilet was clogged. When I called them they said staff only comes before 4:00 pm. They said the hotel has free internet service. But there was no internet and when I called they said we cannot do anything because the PROBLEM IS GENERAL. when I said when it will be fixed they said we don’t know. I invited my fiancé on dinner and they severe to God misbehave her and pushed her hard and thrower her out of the hotel. They said why you came in the hotel with a foreighner. I was shocked. I have not seen such a disrespectful behavior towards a female in my whole life.

Pros: There was one chef of the restaurant which name is Hassan. Since our arrival he has been very helpful with everything we needed. Because of him our stay has been positiv in some way. Furthermore, the swimming pool looks very nice. But those are the only positive things.

Cons: After a Road trip of 8 hours we arrived at the Mogador Hotel. Our luggage have been taken by the clerks so we could check in. This took a while because of all the paper work. Once we checked in we went to our rooms to find out that the luggage still wasn’t delivered and there were no towells in the bathroom. We waited for an half hour and still no luggage and towells. We called the reception and they said the luggage and clean towells were on the way. Another half hour later I decided to go to the reception myself. Once I arrived and asked for my luggage they didn’t know where it was. 2 minutes later we saw our luggage (not supervised) somewhere in the lobby. We took the luggage to our room but still there weren’t any towells. Furthermore, the cleaning service was very bad as they enter the room without permission (I was awake very early and I heard someone open and close the door. When you go out and you hang the sign ‘Please clean my room’ they do not come and clean the room. TV was not working, Fitness equipment was not working and during our whole stay there was a strong smell of sewer in our room. When we asked an employee about the smell when he was in our room he simply said; sorry, I dont smell anything and left. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and especially not room 343! In my opinion this would more be a 2 or 3 star hotel.

Pros: There was one guy who works in the restaurant from 4PM. His name is Hassan. He was always helpfull and very very polite. For every problem he came up with a solution (even when it was not restaurant related).

Cons: There were no towells in the room when I checked in and when they took the dirty towells they didn’t gave me new ones. I came back in the night and still there were no new towells. I had to call the reception myself. Furthermore, The WiFi was not working.

Pros: Nice staff Good breakfast

Cons: Bad organisation and the breakfast was bad. Staff was not very helpful. Not worth the money and it should rated a 2 stars hotel.
