Guests frequently appreciate the hotel's convenient location and generally enjoy the pool facilities. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, especially regarding rooms and bathrooms. Service quality is mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report slow or unresponsive service. Breakfast receives criticism for lack of variety and quality. Overall, while the location and amenities like the pool stand out positively, improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.
