Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to the beach and local attractions. Some guests found the staff to be professional and attentive, especially at the reception and in the restaurant, contributing to enjoyable stays. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning dirty rooms, stained bed sheets, and poorly maintained facilities. Service quality is inconsistent, with several guests reporting unresponsive or unhelpful staff and unresolved maintenance issues. The pool and bed comfort receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others noting issues. Overall, while the location stands out as a highlight, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
