Room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. I had to open the window and broke out in a rash from the fumes. There was no hand soap or hand towels in the restroom. I did not receive bottled water and always have as a Hyatt Globalist at other locations. Cops were called on a neighboring unit. Breakfast ran out 20 minutes before their advertised closing time. Cons (-) It was a winter night and the heater had not been turned on until I arrived. Most of the night the room was very cold and it took over 8 hours for the heater to heat the room. Three story facility with no elevator. I had to carry my luggage to the top floor and had no idea hotels were allowed to have multiple stories with no elevator.

Pros (+) Good location, great free breakfast. Kitchen was nice
Cons (-) Facilities look worn, needs new carpet. AC was barely adequate, wouldn't handle the cooling if you come and go much. The fold out bed was not comfortable at all.
