Cons (-) Staff was mostly unknowledgeable and borderline rude. My refridgerator did not keep things cold and the toilet ran. When reported, I was told “Ok” and that’s it. A man did come up but it was 8 at night and since we were checking out early the next morning and I had originally reported the problem soon after check in, I told him that there was really no point and it could be fixed once we left. Pros (+) The room itself was excellent and you could easily see it was recently updated. The staff at check in was excellent. We were taking a mid-week trip and comparatively to other rooms in the Dallas/Addison area this room was cheaper than any of the others in the surrounding.
Cons (-) The biggest issue we had was that after arriving at the room I went to the restroom and flushed the toilet....it flooded. So within about 15uminutes of being in the room for the night we were having to go down stairs to change rooms because of the issue with the toilet over-flowing. The staff was very apologetic and moved us across the hall to another room...I unlocked the door and the a/c unit wa...
