Cons: Renovation on first floor

Cons: I would not recommend using third party company (i.e getaroom.com) to make a reservation. They typically do not have a direct connection with the hotel which will delay getting your reservation confirmed at the property. It happen to me. I had to wait over hour to get confirmation of my room reservation.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: The excellent attention to details, room comfort and decor was unfortunately eclipsed by the service response. Although most members of the staff were cordial and attentive, there was a sour note when I had two guests meeting me at the lounge. They ordered a juice and had some coffee and for that I was charged a ludicrous amount. I spoke to the people at the front desk up to no avail and at the end I was told that was a charge for the Buffett, which they didn't touch. Very disappointing.

Cons: It’s more than expensive

Cons: Internet access is 95 dhm for 24 hrs. Some contribution going on outside the hotel as well.

Cons: Pool is under maintenance and was completely drained. So disappointed.

Cons: Note to hotel: when a guest emphasizes at the front desk how important a non-smoking room is to him, it feels like an f--- you that colors the whole experience to be given a room that smells like smoke and then be told, "it is listed as non-smoking in the computer." Also, the free internet is so slow as to be almost unusable.

Cons: The pool is a smaller than similar hotels. Also, don't expect a lot of sun due to the hotel structure.

Cons: They didn't have a room a pre paid for after 14 hours of travel

Cons: Room decor is so very dated and breakfast was a chaotic affair that took too long to get served.

Cons: Rates were very high and the new taxes are ridiculous. Added 20% on top of everything. Going to really impact all things in Abu Dhabi go forward. Everyone must consider the ridiculously high tax when planning to visit for business or pleasure.
