Pros: Everything was really so perfect the rooms were clean and tidy everything was organized pretty well I really enjoyed my trip to this hotel and I really liked all facilities and staff members were really nice ❤️

Pros: Hotel is in a very nice location; Very courteous staff; Canal area is breathtaking

Cons: I would not recommend using third party company (i.e getaroom.com) to make a reservation. They typically do not have a direct connection with the hotel which will delay getting your reservation confirmed at the property. It happen to me. I had to wait over hour to get confirmation of my room reservation.

Pros: There're several restaurants and outlets in this hotel in addition to a vast and well equipped gym, food is generally ok in most restaurants

Cons: Rooms are so small, beds are uncomfortable, A/C system is so old and very noisy, staff are using mainly out-dated computers and very often these are not working properly

Cons: When I arrived only rooms with children's beds were available. I was moved the second night to a room with an adult bed.

Pros: The hotel has good facilities and has lovely grounds. My room was comfortable. I liked the desk space which was well used during my stay.

Cons: The reception on the tv was erratic - it quite often froze or switched off part way through something I was watching. Not all the sockets in the room worked. There wasn’t a suitcase stand in the room so I had to leave it on the floor.

Cons: The gym staff were a little rude like asking my partner if she is with me like three times as if she is lying to them. Then they asked me lol

Cons: Im really shocked from this experience in Sheraton resorts , im frequently traveler and I try 50% from the hotels in UAE from 3 stars to luxury hotels . first thing i wait around 15 min to check in . my booking was king bed room with resort view and I put a note that I need Baby bed , the room was really so small , there is the bed with 2 feets on your left and another 2 feets on your right and 4 feets infront the bed and there is office on the corner you will really struggle to reach the chair to sit cause its really too tight , the room was not clean at all , I found chips under the blanket , there is no tissue any where , no dental kits , no slippers , even the thing I ask which is the baby bed is not there and when I ask they just bring the bed with out blanket or pillow for my baby , i wait more than one hour and take from 3 calls to room services to have dental kits, the staff are looking for just one kind of customers and they will ignore any one else , I remember there is one old man Egyptian he was fighting with the front disc because he is waiting his room since 3 hours ( OMG ) . by the way , every time u will take your car from the valet they will give you bill with 10 dhs , and the cars parked under the sun I visits before alKhaledia Sheraton and even its 4 stars but its really one thousand time better than this , really until now im shocked from this because I know Sheraton Name and Reputation . I write this and swear Im honest for each word I say, I know the management of the hotel will not read it but please before you book this hotel read it well THIS HOTEL DESTROYED MY ANNIVERSARY

Pros: All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff and beach bar staff (Ajith). They all couldnt have been more kind and sweet during my stay!! Hotel was beautiful, well maintained and the pool was stunning. The breakfast was amazing, great selection (hot and cold buffets) and excellent quality. All in all a superb hotel, in a great location - couldnt fault anything (Review on behalf of my Mother)

Pros: We took an upgraded room on the club floor and it was similar to the size of a superior room... bathroom was spacious. There were many restaurants to choose from and I wished we had more time. I liked the beauty salon there...

Cons: The man made beach... I assumed there was a real beach but it was water canal from the ocean. Quite disappointed.

Pros: This hotel has been around for a good number of years, but don't let that discourage you for a moment. From the moment I walked in, Vivek at the reception was super attentive and helpful up to the extreme, made me feel like they valued my SPG status at all times. Although the property may show signs of aging the interior is well kept and impecable at every place you look at. Yes, the decor may look old, but the rooms are pristine clean and very comfortable; even the bathroom felt as one of a palace. I had a fantastic time, at the lounge the attention from the gentleman there was nothing short of amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name but he does deserve the credit for being wonderful at his job. Will come back any day without a doubt.
