Pros: I regret about spending my money and my night here. The sheets smelled bad, like they were used before. The air conditioner was old and noisy. The breakfast was a joke. Except the coffee, everything was cold and microwaveable and very few options. There weren’t no tables available since the guests kept seated after they finished playing with their cell phones and ignoring everything around them. The staff was sleepy and grumpy.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved having a lil kitchen. Pool was great, breakfast was totally awesome! All staff were extremely friendly. It was my 2nd time at same location. 1st time stay was excellent & that's why I came back.
Cons: The website showed the room I booked as having a bathtub. The woman @ frontdesk was very sorry to tell me no rooms had bathtubs. I was fine with shower, I just really enjoy soaking in bath.

Pros: N/A
Cons: There was mold on my sheets and I had a 5 month old with me so I told the front desk that I was uncomfortable staying and I would like a refund. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and was not courteous to me even after finding out about the mold. The next morning I spoke with the GM and he was much more pleasant. He apologized and gave me a refund, but I will not be staying here again and I can’t rightly recommend this place until they take care of the staff and the cleanliness.

Cons: The bath was so dirty my wife could not use it to take a bath.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was really good. Also the staff was really accommodating, they were able to move my room to the first floor when I checked in.
Cons: The plug in air freshener that they used near the beds was really strong. I had to unplug it and relocate it to the restroom. The placement of the desk made it difficult for my co worker to get thru if I was sitting on the chair using the desk...maybe move the desk to the other side by the windows would be better. Also there were no elevators going to the second floor which would make it difficult to bring my luggage to my room. But they were able to accommodate me and move me to the first floor.

Pros: I arrived around midnight with my family, as soon as we arrived I was asked to give my information no problem. The problem was he tried to charge me right then for services I hadn't used. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. After a half hour or so of arguing with him we got into our room which was very unclean, dead insects everywhere, not vacuumed, bathroom walls were cracked and had mold in them, the room in his entirely smelled moldy and mildewy, also smoke detector was completely missing. Next morning the front desk tried to get us to stay but we found better rate and better rooms down the street also wonderful front desk person

Pros: I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Man at the desk was polite and helpful continental breakfast was adequate and the area clean.

Pros: Very clean room. Fresh paint, no bed bugs, clean sheets and it looked like new carpet I was very happy when I opened the door to the room.
Cons: Room was clean and updated, but to a medium standard. There were obvious patched cracks in the wall, sloppy calking around the shower, cracked sink, but none of it was horrible or impeded function. There was no one at the front desk, which seemed to be normal tho. There was a phone to dial 0 to reach someone. When I did get a hold of someone, he came right away and was very pleasent.

Pros: I requested the pilot light on the stove be lite before we got there & it was
Cons: The light in the bathroom didn't work & they had a night light in there.

7,5 Good
Pros: Kitchen was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: WiFi very weak. Had to step outside to use.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the fact that my unit had a kitchen in it. It was like a miniature apartment. Cute outdoor area with rose bushes and gazebo. Outdoor areas well lighted at night. Felt very safe here. Some improvements underway which did not affect my stay. Loads of restaurants nearby, staff polite and courteous. I got a room upgrade without even asking. Price could not be beat for the area. Having stayed in the busy Aberdeen service area near the highway, this location was great because it was away from all the madness and hustle and bustle. Aberdeen is an adorable little town, even saw police officers walking their beat. I would honestly stay here again.

Pros: Loved how quiet the hotel was. Great beds!
Cons: I ordered room service and asked for a glass of wine with my dinner. She told me they couldn't bring alcohol to the rooms. I asked for a Diet Coke instead. She said they don't bring any drinks to the rooms. What kind of hotel won't bring drinks of any kind to the room with room service?

Pros: I'm still in shock that Harford County has such a nicely appointed hotel. Fantastic staff, easily accessible computers in the lobby, good shower, linens, beautifully appointed and squeaky-clean room and hallways.
Cons: The bed had a memory-foam mattress which isn't my favorite but some will love it.

Pros: It was near my work destination. Check in was quick and easy. No problems with bathroom, television or comfort of the room and facilities.
Cons: The bed was a little stiff, and didn't make it easy to get some good rest. The breakfast was either cereal, bagel, or muffin. The coffee was pedestrian at best.

Pros: Great makeover on an older location. Building was a little worse for the wear, but updates were done nicely trying to work with offset walls and dimensions. Room was clean, my biggest rating factor. Room presentation was better than expected for the excellent, almost bargain rate. Thank you.
Cons: Updated bathrooms would have given opportunity for a higher rating from this guest.
8,0 Excellent

10,0 Excellent
Pros: perfect location as to where my affair was. Close to 95-North. Down town area easy to get too as well as all banks, and supermarkets.

Pros: It was inexpensive and clean
1,0 Poor
7,0 Good
Pros: I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Man at the desk was polite and helpful continental breakfast was adequate and the area clean.
Cons: The non-smoking room had the strong odor of stale tobacco smoke. The bathroom didn't have this odor: the carpet and drapes must have retained the odor
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: The window did not close. I experienced a drafty room. Manager was not available at check.

Cons: location of room. requested second floor near stair. room was on first floor.

Pros: N/A
Cons: There was mold on my sheets and I had a 5 month old with me so I told the front desk that I was uncomfortable staying and I would like a refund.

4,0 Okay
Cons: Ceiling in room needed repair. It was peeling.Toilet valve needed replacing as toilet kept coming on as if it were flushing on own.Large space where door attached to frame of entrance door.Needed a seal so cold air would not come in.
5,4 Okay

Pros: The ease of check in, and the quiet atmosphere.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great and friendly people.

Cons: Room smelled musty and old. Cigarette smoke was coming in from another room, so much so that the next morning our clothes reeked of smoke. Carpet was old and dirty. Bathroom was old and unpleasant. We moved to another hotel.

Pros: Relatively cheap
Cons: Paid more for a King bed and they didn't have any available. Horrible bedding and smells like cigarettes.
