Fresh energetic and friendly crew, great food, brand new plane and non stop entertainment
Excellent staff! Flights were delayed due to technical issues after everyone was boarded and we sat in the flight for almost 2 hours before taking off. Not enough vegetarian food was available despite pre-ordering. The staff did an exceptional job dealing with both the problems neither of their making.

When you buy Emirates you don’t expect low cost. Choice of coffee/tea vs water. Entertainment on demand. Seat distance won’t allow food tray to extend without hitting belly (and I didn’t grow lately)
Very good!! If at all, the business class chair/bed was bit small!! It’s because of older plane- as was told!
No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding
The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours
Food service must be faster and make vegetarian food in good quality
Food was good, great communication by Pilot and Co Pilot, Crew very friendly. Slow beginning drink and meal service - over 2hrs into flight which disrupted overnight flight sleep. Entertainment systems was 3 Stars, my wife's was nonfunctional and had to call attendant 3 times to get it reset, mine the headphones and jack we're twitchy and keep going to muted volume.
Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time
Everything was good. Although I was certain that I paid for checked bag for my husband and checked bag for myself at the time of booking. And I was told I did not pay. Therefore I had to pay at check in. ☹️
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.
Crew was super courteous and helpful. Food quality was not so good. Most of the movies were old.

Didn’t get my luggage from layover in Zurich until 3 days later even though my luggage was marked priority and short layover, but my husband got his when we landed
Boarding delayed 1.5 hours. Ended up sick because of all the delays and lines waiting around airport and boarding.
Online check in was awesome and so smooth! It was our first time using it. I got to choose seats for free and I paid for our extra bag so easily. Then check in at the airport was a breeze!

I had a good experience With Lufthansa, although on one of our seats, the headrest was broken and kept falling off. The only thing that would make a better experience if the seats in economy were not so small as when one pulls their seat back it leaves you very little room.
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
No internet for most of the flight. Very narrow seats. Food was bad. Flight was nearly an hour late with perfect weather, crew offered no explanation or compensation.
This was not a UA flight. This was Lufthansa. Good experience overall
A very poor experience which is a surprise as Lufthansa has such a good reputation. Absolutely no leg room in economy - it was very very uncomfortable - the video/tv screen was not working, food was poor but that is standard for airline food. We were assigned seating in the back despite having paid for seats at the front of the plane - it does not appear Lufthansa will refund these. Flight attendants were generally nice and helpful. Pilots were reassuring.
Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
The connection at Frankfurt was chaotic and nearly missed the flight to Atlanta. They made was wait for busses to transfer and it took ages
Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
The issue wasn’t necessarily with British Airlines but was a reaction to their delayed flight from Miami to London on Aug 18. Due to the delay out of Miami, we missed our BA flight with Aer Linguis on the 19th from London to Cork, Ireland. The attendant in London was helpful and rebooked us for a flight later that same day ($120). However, she failed to mention that as a result of the missed flight, our returning flight was also cancelled and the rebooking cost was $451. Disappointed at the lack of communication between airlines and between the agent and the customer.
Our first class ticket was a coach seat with a tray wedged in the middle seat. Seats were the same as coach seats and there was no divider between classes of service. Never seen anything like this before.
The flight was uncomfortably warm. We asked a member of the crew to adjust the temperature, and they said they would but it didn't make a noticeable difference. They really cram you into the plane, too, in economy. It was quite uncomfortable for an 11 hour flight.
Nothing. BA flight was late. Missed connection and lost luggage. A disaster.

Baggage arrived 3 days later. Will not fly with BA again.
The 7 hour delay in Johannesburg was extremely tiresome, with poor communication at check-in and a sad R120 voucher as compensation. All in all sitting for 10 hours on an airport was pretty bad. At arrival the baggage arrival took 2 hours. All in all, a very, very long trip.
Our flight BA638 was cancelled with very short notice. It was supposed to depart at 7:25am. We had left Chichester at 3:30am in order to make the flight, and we were notified of the cancellation while en route to LHR. We were told the cancellation was necessary because a plane had not been scheduled to be at LHR for this flight! We were rescheduled to BA636. This flight was supposed to depart at 11:00am but didn't actually take off until ~12:30pm. Consequently we arrived in Athens several hours late, missing out on half a day of our sightseeing time. We had booked transport with MyTransfers to pick us up at the Athens airport and drive us to our Hotel Adonis. I was unable to get a refund for this service because our flight was so delayed. They required 24 hour notice of pick up time changes. I instead had to pay for a taxi at the airport. I have tried to fill out a request for compensation online but have been unsuccessful. How can I get help for filing a claim?
