On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Nobody at BA seemed capable of fixing the issue with customer service sending me to the ticket counter at my home airport who then sent me to customer service at Heathrow who said don't worry, they'll fix it at my next check-in. Needless to say, they didn't and getting two seats together for a 10 hour trip was only possible due to a visiting gate agent who held us back until there were no-shows and available adjacent seats. Handled very poorly from start to finish, it left me with a bad impression of BA and I'll have to be desperate to use them again if there are other alternatives."

I felt irate at such response from a flight attendant and responded that I will never fly Iberia again. I wanted the attendant to talk to the parents and ask them to control their kid from abusing the adjacent passengers.I felt the impulse to talk to the crew chief but decided against it simply because I would do them a favor if they listened. Truthfully I think carriers with such attitudes deserve to go bankrupt and I hope they do."

No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."
