Not good. Expected a lot more as far as excellence.

Fantastic, the 787-9 is a very beautifully designed plane and it was a pleasure to fly in the Qsuite. The suite did feel slightly smaller than the 777 variant, and the suite door also felt smaller, as I felt more exposed as passengers and crew walked past. Food was too notch, and the service was fantastic. I wish they’d enforce boarding zones more effectively, but otherwise they did really well.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

I would advice everybody not to fly by Indigo, no entertainment in flight, rude behavior of staff, worst experience of my life

Terrible airlines - suffered entire flight due to food poisoning from stale food

They ran out of some of the popular food items. 😞

The plane from Dublin to Doha was quite comfortable. I was in economy and the seats and rows were very tight. The man in front of me reclined his seat and it made my screen incredibly close to my face and I wasn’t able to take my tray down and my knees were pressed against the seat. I had to ask three times for him to pull his seat up but in his defence he hadn’t even reclined it far, the rows were just too close. I had a pain in my side by the end of the flight from the chairs which were quite worn and not very padded or supportive. It was a significantly inferior plane to the plane from Doha to Sydney and vice versa.

Only negative was dostancevto transfer in Doha with no big golf carts to help us. Walked over 2 miles.

You're like a poor man's Emirates Airlines. The Asian vegetarian food was awful. The entertainment selection was very limited and not contemporary at all. The seats were cramped. There was no plug for charging my phone (I refuse to plug into a USB port - A security risk). The plane itself was aged.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Everything went smoothly with Air France. There was a delay in departure which seemed to relate to the immigration services being short staffed.

I have used Air France and KLM many times it will help if they change their menu's feel like it's been the same for years!!!, Especially the breakfast. Overall the flight was good and enjoyable.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

It is just ok, the sits are very uncomfortable, the temperature too low and there weren’t blankets. The food is mediocre and there are no screens to watch movies.

Flight was smooth but unnecessary long because we had to refuel at FCO Rome. Air hostesses service and response to call light could be better. Both planes were old with broken seat arms and toilets. Why Africans had to be given the farthest Gates is what baffles me and why we have to pay for Aisle seats I found really strange. Is there ever an end to ripping people off even after paying over $2300 for one seat.

On my return flight the TV did not work the entire flight! They knew it wasn’t working but they let me sit there. The guy sitting nièce to me told me he was ok the previous flight and it wasn’t working. This is business class by the way!

The entertainment (movies) blockbuster and classics never change. I am a frequent Ethiopian flyer and this should be addressed. Not much changed from my summer flight and my December flight. It is annoying - surely you can update the selections more often. Same with food options. It becomes extremely boring to be offered the same exact meals from Washington to Addis to Maputo every trip, each time. AS

Food was horrible. Our flight was not comfortable due to turbulence, seats was not comfortable, Very tight barely can not move anywhere.

The wifi service was really poor I try to use it the service was extremely poor if that could be improved that will go a long way

I've never been served three bread courses in a single meal before. Was really impressed by the novelty of that.

Was so glad the the captain kept the air. It’s usually suffocating in there.
